Just the farmland,... not all property. She is overexaggerating to the point that it's completely fake news. And there is something to be said that farmland obtained trough violent racial injustice is to be returned. We returned the property to the Jews as well.

It was a military state where black people got massacred like a raging KKK clan would if black people objected to being 2nd class.

I happen to agree with him and I'm very liberal. If you really want to understand other people's opinion I suggest you stop painting people with such a broad brush.

Well, I think the IQ tests are a good indicator of the ability to puzzle things out and relate to the modern world of science and math. But it doesn't measure common sense, wisdom, faith, loyalty or goodness, which one with a high IQ may or may not possess to varying degrees, yet those with low IQ's may abundantly exhibit. Furthermore, as an aside, Christian salvation comes by decency, mercy, charity and things of that nature....not by how smart you are. Jesus didn't say, be like the Asians or the Romans who are very smart. He said to be like a child, as in contrite, long suffering, believing, forgiving, and loving. In an either or choice, it is better to be be very good than very smart. But everyone is a mix of these traits. And I had rather be more of both. However, if it is true that Africa is rife with lawlessness and butchery, in tandem with a very low IQ, then it does not bode well for them.

I'm a liberal and you constantly bash "liberals". The post I replied to is a perfect example. Don't try to white wash your bigotry against liberals. You should instead acknowledge it and use that introspection to grow as a person.

I recall these white supremacists controlling a country to racially violently oppress a majority of indigenous people.
Where the US supported that by calling... Nelson Mandela himself a terrorist... still decades after the apartheid state fell.
And the US is a rather far right country compared to the rest of the free world.

And there really is very little to no shame from white America about the entire calling Nelson Mandela a terrorists. So go figure how the Jim Crow laws only changed things legally in the US,.. but not culturally.

Do the blacks know how to farm the land, or will it go to waste? If so, then we'll see another ultra rich Rhodesia turning into an ultra poor Zambabwe. It's not nice seeing your children starve, but this is what happens when people are driven by anger and passions rather than by reasoning.

If the S. African government feels the land was obtained through an injustice, even though at the time the land was not producing anything, then shouldn't the farmers who made it productive and contributed to the growth of S. Africa, be compensated for their labor?

    “Bigotry” against liberals?

I will happily plead guilty to that

Cause I know liberals sometimes better than they know themselves

Republicans objected to the bedroom tax because their caucus is putting forward a bill to stop abortion by banning sex for women who have reached puberty and haven't gone though menopause.

Get what? That we have a right to exploit Africa, but China doesn't have a right to be there? Shouldn't it be up to the people living there? Look if they can't stand the US and EU and are welcoming China, it's not China that's to blame, it's the US and EU for causing the hatred.

Several African nations are already figuring out what's wrong with that arrangement. Maybe too late.

No doubt they as a group would perhaps contribute to making america great more so than some of the other immigrants that came here.

After all, look at what they created in South Africa! Are there any successful, high tech nations in africa, that have always been ruled by africans?

But here is the deal. If you even voice such facts, it is called racism, as if a hatred for other races must be present to make notice of irrefutable reality. Some facts about this world are basically unspeakable. Yeah, we must be living in a virtual reality and the game computer is about to crash, as the glitches grow.

    .
No one said the Chinese are benevolent. But trade and investments in other countries to foster growth is a lot smarter when it comes to establishing alliances, than bribing officials - something Washington seems to be adept at.

Washington is a rank beginner at bribery compared to China. Bribery is a long established social, business, and political tradition in China. A far longer tradition than our great nation has even existed.

My point was that China invests in Africa as part of an effort to dominate the globe, not help impoverished Africans.
    Sure.
Sounds fine until you realize China is just another global power corrupting the African political process.

China exploits Africans in the same way the U.S. and Europe have.

And my point is that African incompetence and corruption and political instability will frustrate Chinese plans to access resources there.

China will come to dominate the globe in any case while the US is busy trying to foist men into women's rooms and equalize the outcomes between the races and sexes.

As I suspected, no actual evidence. Just make stuff up and claim it is 'fact'. You know there is no factual basis for your claim. Same tripe, different day.

I guess the colonization of Africa, centuries of slavery, institutionalized racism (Jim Crow, redlining), lynchings, etc. all don't ring a bell to you...
