This is the kind of post that makes me think you're just looking for someone to argue with. I was not aware NAMBLA was a religion. Of course ANYTHING could be considered, by an individual, as a religion. But, by that standard, no topic could ever be narrowed to a focus: who's to say that NAMBLA's not also a political philosophy, a category of films, etc.? I didn't say that I don't judge anyone's behavior to be, "wrong." But if you really misunderstood my meaning-- and notice how most of the other posts have to do, specifically, w/ generally recognized spiritual paths ( or at least fall w/in well-established categories: atheism, agnosticism, monotheism, polytheism, pantheism, etc. )-- I was referring to what I, apparently mistakenly, believed any rational person would normally think of as a religion, guiding spiritual principle(s), or conceptual framework upon which one might model their behavior that would be acknowledged by the others in this conversation to fall under the broad umbrella of this thread's descriptor, "Spirtuality..."

Again, though I cannot doubt that any behavior, even of a mass-murderer, might not be, in his mind, in pursuit of some Divine Course, I didn't think it necessary, for practical purposes, to speculate about every possible exception to the idea of trying not to judge another's ( "spiritual" implied) beliefs. But, in full disclosure, if someone told me their spiritual path consisted of kidnapping children, eg., I DO assume I'd tell the police ( though naturally, to be exhaustively clear, I will have to add that if all the kidnapped children were actually rescued from abusive homes & treated only w/ kindness, all given the freedom & the means to leave anytime they wished yet stay because they are so happy in their new home, that would make my prediction less-certain; I suppose I should pray that I never find myself facing that soooo realistic scenario ).

Therefore, I must confess: my statement was not ALL- inclusive; yguy, you are ABSOLUTELY correct-- bravo! And, for all those others who thought my post was an implied endorsement of NAMBLA, I'll amend my thought w/ the caveat that I am, as a rule, against hurting others ( though obviously from yguy's post, it would be misleading to not stipulate that there are certain circumstances when I might deviate from that principle, such as in bringing an attack upon myself or others to an end). Speaking of which, are you satisfied, yguy?

No way in Hell am I gonna plow through all that. You can either answer the question with a straight up yes or no, or you may consider yourself dismissed.

Your loss; if you were able to make it through my 1st sentence, it should be clear that your, "dismissal," is certainly no loss to me.
