Everyone acknowledges illegal immigration is a problem. I realize some don't believe that since many Repubs have chosen to believe the oft repeated lie, one Carlson has repeated, that Dems want open borders.
But illegal immigration being a problem doesn't justify the racist ways Carlson and other right wing media figures (and Trump) describe the illegal immigrants.

It claims that he was "accusing impoverished immigrants of making America dirty" and yet they don't quote him saying that. Indeed it claims a lot of things. But the only actual quote in there is "We don't judge them by group, and we don't judge them on their race". Why do you think that they don't quote him saying those things?

Given the shooter NEVER mentioned Carlson and expressed dislike for Fox News I doubt there's a case to be made.

And as long as these organizations have a large proportion of their members being armed and violent crazies you might be able to. The plaintiffs were able to prove that the Klan were armed and violent based largely on what they did to their victims.
