Tell me again that racism almost dead in this country

racism is not someone acting out a prejudice, otherwise iwould be racist for disliking most so- called white americans but being so- called white would mean im not racist towards them.

 

Only a change in human consciousness will ever get rid of racism completely. With that said, I grew up in the racist south, and the south is no longer near as racist as it once was. Not even close. I see most of the racism coming from blacks here, not the whites.

So racism is not near as bad as it once was, which is a good thing. But there will always be racists, for as long as human ignorance and human nature is still with us. But we can see much less of it. And do. I think this is a great thing, to see such a reduction of it here in the south. Something to be proud of.

But you know, you see something driven by the same emotions when it comes to conservatives and democrats. That has filled the vaccum left by less racism. And like racism it is based on the base side of human nature and ignorance. The US if filled with petty little human beings of this ilk. But given we are not as intelligent in real terms as we once were, it does make sense.

Are you better off armed when the criminals have weapons? Situational awareness is important. The closest one with a weapon goes down first. Larger magazine capacities are best. Squeeze off rounds center of mass every time. Make each shot count. Do your best.

It will never die, it is needed. There are a hell of a lot of people who depend on it for an excuse as to why they can't get ahead. Why they should be handed things. How they are being "held down".

And as we all know...
Even if racism from the whites and the blacks did actually die.... we would still hear the constant accusations, and race card throwing.

 

A Black businessmen who doesn't want to hire a Chinese person is not the kind of power I was thinking of. I was thinking of people who make the laws of the land. Political and economic power that affects everyone. If you don't agree with my definition of racism, that is fine. We will have to agree to disagree.

Power maybe has to do with the ability to discriminate negatively, but not racism per say. Someone without power can be quite racist. Some with power may not be.

A black business who doesn't hire the Chinese because he thinks Chinese are lazy or whatever is clearly a racist.

 

Prosecuted for what? What laws did they break? Is belonging to a hate group a crime, seems like a fine line when making that call.
That said if the local community does not want them serving their community they should have them fired, now that I can understand. But being prosecuted for being a moron, I do not think so, half the Nation would be under arrest it that were illegal.

the chinese are light skinned blacks. the original chinese were dark skinned blacks but due to admixture with mongols and eurasians they became more light skinned and also the climate played a role, its not such a tropical climate in china.
