He had to deal with the worst recession in 80 years. Despite that, and a republican obstructionist congress, he still was able to bring UE from 10% to under 5%, double the stock market to record highs, and have the most consecutive months of jobs growth of any other president in US history.

Pretending he had the fourth worst economic record just makes you look silly.
