    Yea. If @rahl had the actual text of the constitution...he wouldn't be consistently deflecting when people are merely asking for the text in the constitution.

    I would imagine that someone so interested in the subject would have the exact text committed to memory. And yet..@rahl can't seem to lay his finger on the particular clause. Seems somewhat suspicious, no?

    So you are still unable to cite the text of the treaty that forbids any of the several sovereign states from quitting? Can't do that simple thing? Cite the text with which you are so intimately familiar?

    Texas Vs. White only said Texas (and by extension states as a whole) couldn't just leave. States can leave same as they can join.
