Again wrong as a prosecutor you only get to bring the witnesses and evidence you already you don't get to hide **** and bring stuff out at the last minute or conceal evidence that is unfavorable to your case. Mueller's lying pit bull has had three convictions over turned for exactly those reasons.

Feel free to support squidward's theories with any legitimate citation. And conversely, feel free to refute anything I posted with any legitimate citation. Or are you also a one liner type with nothing but hot air to post?

There have bee forty presidents claim some form of excutive privilege going back to Washington they were litigated in every other Impeachment and only after that were those president charge with obstruction of justice not of Congress. Obstruction of Congress isn't even a crime.

And you learned this from where? Ah squidward must have told you. And just what I expected, not a single citation, just the usual hot air.

18 U.S. Code § 1505. Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees

Whoever, with intent to avoid, evade, prevent, or obstruct compliance, in whole or in part, with any civil investigative demand duly and properly made under the Antitrust Civil Process Act, willfully withholds, misrepresents, removes from any place, conceals, covers up, destroys, mutilates, alters, or by other means falsifies any documentary material, answers to written interrogatories, or oral testimony, which is the subject of such demand; or attempts to do so or solicits another to do so; or

Whoever corruptly, or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication influences, obstructs, or impedes or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede the due and proper administration of the law under which any pending proceeding is being had before any department or agency of the United States, or the due and proper exercise of the power of inquiry under which any inquiry or investigation is being had by either House, or any committee of either House or any joint committee of the Congress

Shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both.

And of course you first have to prove that their countervailing view is wrong in a court of law...

    I do?
    I thought I didn't support that. In fact, I'm really sure I don't.

Well I just proved YOU wrong. So what are you talking about? An impeachment is NOT a typical court of law although it does resemble it in many aspects. I know how a court of law works intimately. Impeachment is strictly a constitutional process between Congress (the House impeaches and the Senate tries) and the Executive (the accused) with the Judiciary (the Chief Justice) presiding. The President does not have access to a court of law during an impeachment proceeding and the judiciary's only role is what I just posted.

You're good. My comments were not team-sport political comments. I don't see one side as any like monkey like than the other.

I really see the problem as one in which technology/social media have made it so much easier to keep the hordes stirred up.

So your argument such as it is boils down to little more than apples and oranges. You are essentially reduced arguing that Trump's impeachment should be different than every other impeachment because Trump is different than every other president

Bernie is a bit extreme on some issues - granted - but in general terms - no worse than any of the others on the left or right. It is you who is living in a dream :)

How in the world do you come up with this nonsense? Is squidward coaching you? There is not one thing I posted or cited that remotely alludes to the above. All my arguments are supported by facts unlike yours. Impeachment has zero to do with who the President is.

That every single President is different than every other President is like saying every person is different than every other person. But that has nothing to do with anything else, much less impeachment. You’re trying to divert the discussion with a non sequitur.

That's my argument sir every impeachment should follow the same guidelines. The house does the investigation and the Senate doesn't do more investigation it judges the case as is that the house sets before it.

Comparing Sanders to Stalin is absurd nonsense. The idea that Sanders supports killing millions of people is mindless absurdity.

You have a talent for Fantasy. Trump is more of a Socialist than Sanders. That is the reality.

Now you've lost it completely. Bernie is advocating a wealth tax. Have you any idea how effing nuts that is? There is nothing Trump is advocating that's even in the ball park.

Don't blame me for your lack of understanding of "Socialism". Since both are raging socialists - cherry picking one example from the Sanders side means nothing.

Wealth tax is a form of socialism - on this you are correct - one that Trump does not side with.

Compare this however to the other forms of wealth redistribution that Trump loves - but that Bernie does not side with.

Only this way can relative comparison be done - (Yoda) :)

Which part did you not understand ? - is this the first time you have heard me call Trump a raging socialist ?

You gave a good example of socialist policy - wealth redistribution in the form of a Wealth Tax.

I suspect it is this part you are having trouble with.

"Compare this however to the other forms of wealth redistribution that Trump loves - but that Bernie does not side with.
Only this way can relative comparison be done - (Yoda) :)"

Can you not come up with one ? Surely you understand the concept of wealth redistribution > ?! That's when the Gov't assumes control over more of the collective wealth and resources- in the form of taxes - or accumulation of debt or other means.

In this case I am talking about how much the Gov't spends - which then has to be collected through wealth redistribution = you (society) is going to have to pay for this spending - in one way or another.

Now try again - and give me at least one example of wealth redistribution that Bernie does not side with but Trump loves ..

Then give an example of where they agree ! .. and you will get extra marks.

I think, to be fair to these guys, the party has been setup in a way to quash any descent. In other words, romney will be destroyed for his vote just like amash. Neither are heroes, don't get me wrong, but they have and will suffer a lot for showing the slightest morals. It isn't the same as the democrats.

Who give a **** what Napolitano says? He's been a never trumper ever since Trump turned him down for a SCOTUS seat.
