The ineffectiveness of Ron Paul

I'll guarantee you that I'm twice as old as you, live in a city much larger than where you live, and have more college education and professional experience than you will EVER have.

You can refuse to listen to me because of your man crush on Ron Paul, but you will eventually find out that EVERYTHING I am saying is true.

 

So... you claim to be an intellectual elitist that lives in an urban setting... the perfect PrezBO supporter.

 

What have you said? You haven't provided anything of value. And I'm sorry, but what about your age, location, and experience have to do with Ron Paul being wrong? I want you to tell me LEGALLY what has he done wrong. He wants to follow the constitution. If that makes him nutty, then give me a foil hat.

 

What does this, even if valid, have to do with his clear and consistent message and history of clear and consistent voting? I don't care if he's dishonest personally or even a racist, so long as his political principles remain uncompromised.

I've read everything you've posted. And have not needed to think yet. He is the only one that doesn't lie, hasn't voted to raise your taxes OR his own pay. He predicted the economic crises several years in advance. What did Santorum Romney and Gingrich do? Voted for no child left behind, title X, and big government.

 

Oh big flippin' hairy deal! EVERYONE could see it coming! A professor friend of mine & I scratched our heads all through 1995 - 2005 saying, "There is NO WAY this will end in anything but collapse."

And guess what? Want to know something else true? There is going to be ANOTHER "farm crunch/collapse" that will be worse than it was in the early-80s. You heard it here first, so when it happens, be sure to worship ME like you worship Ron Paul!

I like how you accuse others of not listening to reason, while doing exactly that. That must take some skill. I'm not saying others didn't see it coming. I'm sure there were PLENTY of politicians that saw it coming but said nothing for their own reasons. The point is he had the guts to come out and say it. He also predicted in '99 that we would have a major terrorist attack against us if we kept acting the way we were. Of course you probably think Bush hired bin Ladin to do it like all the other nutters

And Ron Paul, in 1997, predicted terrorist attacks? WHOA - STOP THE PRESSES!!!!!! No wait, that was several years AFTER we had ALREADY had radical Muslim terrorist attacks. Never mind. Maybe the guy isn't such a genius after all.

 

No. He was not politically principled. Like you, Clinton believes that the end justifies the means. When in office, he voted in whatever manner is required to benefit his power, his contributors, and his party.

Since Ron Paul consistently votes along the principles of freedom and the generally freedom-leaning constitution, he gets my support. Why do you support your candidate? More war? more welfare? That's what you'll get, so you must believe strongly in it. Or perhaps you believe strongly in nothing.

 

Oh yeah... plus all the other candidates are evil blood-sucking thieves who lie and steal. So none of your arguments are valid.

 

Please provide evidence that this is so, or admit that you're making up crap again, Mr. Paul.

 

Evidently, Blake Buffington doesn't know diddly squat about Congress.

Paul spent 3 decades in congress wailing that there should be strict term limits.

That is as good a description of a whore as any.

And I AGREE there should be term limits. But a lifetime career politician like Paul, is NOT the guy to bring that about.

Cite one of these Congressional records that you find so false. I'm assuming you mean some congressman that claims he wants term limits for 12 terms. Lies like that or something else?

Or do you mean giving speeches about the horrors of PORK and then his record shows his only passed bill in decades was a little PORK bill for his home district. Lies like that, is that what you mean?
