What i noticed in the interview with Hannity, when he made this "planted" claim, Hannity then asked if the "MAL tapes" would show it and Trump very quickly dismissed that with a no. He doesn't want the MAL tapes to be public.

In the courtroom (and everywhere else) the burden of proof always rests with the claimant. "the FBI planted them", "they were declassified (by mental magic)", "they're mine", etc. all require legitimate supporting evidence. Hot air doesn't qualify as supporting evidence.

The MARKED documents have been returned to the government and the criminal investigation Trump tried to stall resumes. Those were the ones Trump wanted. He doesn't get them but he still has to pay for the Special Master on the 11k other docs no one cares about.

That's quite cheap! I wouldn't do it for twice that amount.

 

How is that working out for you? The special master has already ruled against the Trump Legal Team on the 100 or so classified docs when the Trump legal team has refused to provide evidence for declassification. Now that same special master is asking the Trump legal team for proof that the DOJ planted the evidence by September 30th. I don't think they have proof and will probably make a big fuss about it. And finally, by the end of October, this whole special master will be done with his recommendations, which I think will not go favorably for the Trump legal team.
