To a certain extent, I don't see the need for fear mongering over terrorist attacks. Since you as a individual, have a statistically low chance of being killed in a terrorist attack. That doesn't mean one should outright dismiss terrorism, and its consequences. Be bluntly honest about its source, attack that source, and safeguard against the source.

Or better yet, people desiring to buy flammable liquids such as gasoline need to have a background check (pay) and apply (pay) for a permit to buy them. They'll need to show the permit anytime they wish to buy a flammable liquid and renew it every year along with an additional background check.

I remember we went on alert in Berlin when Kennedy was shot.
I was talking to the local TV station when she told me she had to go because they had to get on the air with news that a plane had run into the world trade center.


And last night I woke up to this music at the beginning of the Jim Bohannon show. They played 20 seconds of it at every break there after. The whole show was about the news from France of course.
If anyone recognizes the melody please let me know.

I don't buy that. Think about it...the truck attack has problems so jump from the cab, go to the back of the truck and select among a lot of arms and grenades! I suspect terrorist would have a bit of trouble with that scheme. A gun with ammo and some grenades maybe but not what was there.
