Not that your factoid says anything other than mohamed is a popular name. If you examine the top ten list for both genders in the UK there is only muslim name. Co-incidentally, muslims make up about 5% of the population and look 5% of the top twenty names are also muslim.

OTOH, They sure as hell track immigration status of all criminals as well as a host of socio/economic indicators. So it stands to reason, more Muslim boys are born in England and Wales then any other.

Lessee 7,400 guys named mohamed out of roughly 400,000 male births. I guess those 393,600 boys with names like oliver, jack, harry, Jacob and the like don't count when applying bias.
