This is why debate with some is pointless.
One doesn't wake up one day and say as a male, today I'm going to be a girl so I can run a track race against girls. Absolute nonsense.

Which comment has nothing whatever to do with what I said though it does remind me of an old joke.

Why does He need to have it when He can make it out of nothing any time He wants?

So sorry that your god is weak, and mine more powerful. That's why gay marriage is the law of the land.

So sorry, but the Supreme Court doesn't care what you think. Your God doesn't care what you think. That's why gay marriage is the law of the land.

You are moving the goal posts and engaging in absurd fallacy.

Someone being allowed to chose their own spouse - does not force you you to accept or engage in homosexuality on a personal basis .. .any more than heterosexual marriage forces a gay person to accept or engage in hetero marriage.

Your claim is nonsense. There is no element of force. Further even if the founding principle "respect for individual liberty" did force people to accept homosexuality/Gay Marriage - such as anti discrimination law - too bad.

Allowing the State to discriminate on the basis of the gender of one's spouse is a violation of the rule of law - "equal justice".

I agreed with the ruling (that the Baker was not discriminating) but, what does the actions of one gay couple with respect to the whole gay marriage issue - have to do with the right of someone to choose their own marriage partner = ZERO. Conflating these is then grossly fallacious.

Then why are bakeries being forded to close when they refuse to cater a Homosexual wedding? And that isn't the only one. That has happened in multiple times/ Catholic social services was forced to give up it's adoption services because it would cater to gay couples.

The Baker won his case and was not forced to close. Regardless - I already told you that I agreed with the courts on the baker case and further - this has nothing to do with gay marriage.

Your failure to see how all of this is interconnected is problematic at best.

Sorry, you did not. Gay marriage is the law of the land - all anti gay marriage legislation was struck down by the lawfully appointed Supreme Court. Your OPINION means nothing.

What is problematic is you not being able to figure out that the legal definition of marriage is one thing and transgender issue is another. That discrimination against married couples on the basis of the gender of the individuals in that marriage is one thing - and a business owner not wanting to serve Pizza to a gay wedding is another.

That the issues is interconnected at some level is irrelevant to the above.
