The amount of idiocy here is amazing. It will break up, burn up and debris rain down over a 2000 km path. So what exactly is news here? btw by mass Tiangong is only 50th largest object that does an uncontrolled reentry. The largest is Space Shuttle Columbia and 2nd place the american space station SkyLab.

China’s first space station is expected to come crashing down to Earth within weeks, but scientists have not been able to predict where the 8.5-tonne module will hit. The US-funded Aerospace Corporation estimates Tiangong-1 will re-enter the atmosphere during the first week of April, give or take a week. The European Space Agency says the module will come down between 24 March and 19 April. In 2016 China admitted it had lost control of Tiangong-1 and would be unable to perform a controlled re-entry. The statement from Aerospace said there was “a chance that a small amount of debris” from the module will survive re-entry and hit the Earth.

True, we lead the market. We have more satellite launches than you do. We also have a spacecraft sitting on a comet, one on Saturns Moon Titan. Far more outside than you ever have landed. Come back when you managed to land on a comet. And for being unpleasant, i see no reason to be friendly to "people" i see below me.

It was not a German mission, it was a huge collaberation, including NASA. It also failed to secure itself, landed in the wrong place and the battery died 2 days later. The landing was a huge accomplishment, however. I mean, not as insane as putting a man on the moon and bringing him back, but you guys did put a hell of a camera on that little sleeping drone. Oh... so you are superior to us because of your accomplishments? What are those... specifically?
