    Those are called anomalies. His mean growth over all 8 years was about 1.8%, a mere.8% above another recession. It's why Trump and the Republican Congress will be re-elected in 2018 and 2020. Most people care about their own financial situation far more than some unproven Russian meddling, and even if they did they helped get a President elected that actually fixed the economy and the trade balance with the EU.

    It was NOT an an anomoly. Good lord man. Obama was handed one off the worst recessions in American history. He started off with NEGATIVE growth numbers for the fist 4-6 quarters of his presidency.

    But you go ahead and keep measuring his mean against Trumps single quarter. And then refuse to admit that many of the economic numbers you revel in praising Trump for were moving upward when he took office.

    And I honestly don’t think the dems have to worry about that in the next election. Trickle down always has a great short term bump, but in the long term is always disasterous. We have played this game before, but the right refused to admit, or learn from the past

    Clearly you don't think the media is heavily biased against him and in favor of the generally far left politics of journalism majors, but hypothetically if they were, would that warrant Trump speaking out?

    If, for instance, the vast majority of journalists were of Fox News persuasion, would that make Obama justified in speaking out?

    Thanks for the info. If the market flattens or crashes will you be blaming Obama for that too or will you hold Trump responsible?

    Personally, I think most people give Presidents far too much credit for markets which take years to develop, rise and fall in cycles.
