From there we've seen Zimmy enter into a host of criminalities and bizzare behaviors from conspiracy to flee to Peru with Paypal funds to apologizing to Gods Plan to waiving his rights to be exonerated to now calling Martin a demonic weed-smoking black teen thug ...

Are they signalling that they will not call Dee-DEE the admitted LIAR? If they don't call Dee-DEE, they lose the majority of their bogus probable cause that they used to charge GZ in the first place.

They don't dare bring up GZ's character because of No Limit's gat, weed, and homeless bum beat down video. I'd like to see that video BTW. Can you imagine TM giggling while recording a homeless man being beaten by other youths? Maybe, No Limit yells out encouragement? How much evidence did BDLR destroy or withhold that we don't even know about yet?

They should have used the GJ to use time to cool everyone off. Then, justice could be done one way or the other. The course that the state of Florida chose (and, I blame the Republican governor) is a disaster that has not played itself out yet. I just hope that the phone pics and texts from TM shatter the Martin family/race pimp/media image of St.Trayvon enough to stop major rioting.

I can't help but believe, that the racial component is what has keep this case in the media spotlight (however unfortunate).

I honestly don't understand how anyone could expect a fair and impartial trial at this point.

If the judge gives Bernie a 'pass' at the june hearing and if George is convicted of even picking his nose in public AD will take the case to the FSC if he has to. *Newsflash* Lawyers charge money. Filing paper work at the courthouse costs money. Getting documents cost money.

It has been about race since day one. But, the age of TM and his being unarmed were used to whip up the public to a lynch mob frenzy. It is truly frightening to see how dangerous the media was able to make the situation. The Left HATES CCW permits and the thought of resisting street crime with deadly force-period. They would rather that crime victims die than to allow them to defend themselves.

Florida led the way in the late 1980's with CCW laws because of high violent crimes rates. The Left and the Media predicted shoot-outs at every street corner by CCW holders over parking spots.
That irrational fear never materialized. CCW laws have swept the nation and violent crime has actually dropped nationally despite a very bad economy. The media morphed this case into an example of CCW permits gone bad. This is the case that they wanted very badly. It turns out that it was a work of fiction created by TM's family and Crump.

There is a reason that GZ was not charged by the SPD and the state prosecutors. There isn't the probable cause necessary to do so.

That would be awesome. The judge has done nothing to BDLR that I am aware of. She likes to punt and get out of her work chair. That I have noticed. Will she punt again four days before trial?
