    It is not an opinion. It is a fact that defendants are entitled to a fair trial by an unbiased jury before we convict them. That's a fact.

    Of course, I offer no opinion on whether such a jury will ever be convened and, if it is, how it will vote on Trump's guilt or innocence. Because, you see, I have an open mind.
