So Trump did save you money and your real beef is with liberal leadership in New York. Liberals are screwing you over and like a good solider, you carry on and you still vote for them.

Osagian Classic 17' canoe, aluminum. The price is still the same so far, $1089, as it was in 2012, even after the aluminum tariffs. The shipping is up $100 if you don't pick it up in Missouri. It's a tremendous value.

I know, it ain't no Wenonah, but I would be heartbroken every time I scraped up a Wenonah kevlar on rocks. Yes, kevlar abrades.

I like going low, slow, and quiet in nature. Got a jon boat with 9.8hp when I want to go fast. We need and want no more than that.

Easy to play the tax cut game if you’re willing to shift the costs to future generations. Wonder why Younger generation are holding up their collective middle finger to older generations - there’s your answer.

Official count is 8.7 trillion and over a trillion of that was on interest payments from previous debt.

"Trump cut taxes for 80% of Americans-prove me wrong."

I agree with you that not everyone benefited from the Trump tax cuts

not only that, they are temporary for the middle class and some actually pay more under the Trump tax cuts

of course that is a lie, most of that increase was from the Bush budget, the tax cuts for the rich and Bush's two 10+ year wars

in fact we are seeing the same increases still under Trump, under Trump the debt is setting new record highs with the huge Trump tax cuts for the mega corporations

trickle down does not work, the only thing trickling down is the debt to our children.. thanks republicans

So buckybadger gets a new car with his tax cut. I get a 2500 tax bill (I just bought the sound system for his car) and most folks get...breakfast...maybe

    oh...

What cracks me up is these rich Trumpers BRAGGING about THEIR tax cuts...and acting like everyone else is too stupid to realize that they got next to

    That's Trump's America.

And if you aren't careful...you're gonna lose your healthcare and retirement as well.

Bucky of course will get himself a Sandals vacation or two on the "money saved" from that

Canada geese come to my place every day. I feed them because I like them. The kids next door love to watch them land and takeoff. It's not cheap, it's not expensive. Nine buck for 50# of cracked corn a week will supplement the grazing of a dozen geese pretty well. They don't like bread.

Lesh, when you tire of being robbed by New York's politicians, PLEASE don't escape to Florida. We have more than enough Blue State refugees....which would be okay if they didn't bring the same politics that ruined their state with them. but they do.

they vote Democrat all their lives, then decamp when they can no longer deal with the taxes, costs of living, crime, corruption....

only to vote Democrat when they come to Florida.

Lesh, my wife and I make low 6 figures, and we live in a high tax state (Oregon), but we will be paying substantially lower taxes due to the lower rates. I can no longer deduct state income taxes which means we're going to take the new standard deduction of $24k instead of deducting around $26k of itemized deductions. So our taxable income is going to be more than it would have been, but the lower tax rates make up for that and actually reduce our final tax bill by close to 20%.

    I also used this link:

    https://www.taxact.com/tools/tax-calculator

I plugged in Married, Filing Jointly, $55k income, and 2 dependent children. No other deductions.

2017: This couple owed $986 in federal tax.
2018: This couple will owe $0 in federal tax and will receive a $658 refund.

For that couple, that's a net change of +$1644 or +$137/month.

If you don't believe me, go to that site and check it for yourself. I checked by going to H&R Block's tax calculator, and it came up with the same thing within a few dollars.

Even if you are, you regularly advocate for a party that wants to raise taxes.

You are getting what you wanted.

80% are have had taxes cut.

Sandal's?? No thanks. Not my style at all.

Your anger is directed in the wrong direction. You should be angry at the people who represent you in New York. They are the ones screwing you over but yet, you keep voting them in and crying about it. Wise up and either relocate or vote to get people in who are working for your best interests.

Besides, I think you are misrepresenting your tax situation. The math has been done and you actually are saving money according to your information and tax bracket.

Yes, people get different amounts back because they pay in different amounts.

Dems want to raise taxes on everyone.

Republicans want everyone to keep more of what they earn.
