    Twitter pulled his account in part because they felt that with him stating he would not be at the inauguration he was signalling the rabid base that it would be OK to disrupt the event.

    Trumps problem is that he has no way to escape to that nice little extradition free island - this may be a way - hope you weren’t banking on getting that aircraft back

    The second Biden is sworn in will they put Trump in a parachute and push him out? That plane is for presidents :)

    Actually, he may resign early in the coming week, whereupon Pence would pardon him (that's the rumor).

    Then, he'd probably head for Mar-a-Lago for some non-stop rounds of golf for the rest of the month, at least.

    It's really pretty hard to anticipate what Trump will do now. One of his strengths (and weaknesses) has been that nobody knows with total precision exactly what he may do -- or how he may decide to change things while he's doing what everyone thought he'd do.... This is not unexpected behavior for those whose 'Sun sign' is in Gemini....

    Truthfully, as long as good ol' Joe arrives on schedule and resumes the process of the government shoveling out unearned money to the masses, people will probably lose interest in what Trump's doing pretty quick! :banana:

    I believe Air Force 1 is the plane's call sign when in flight with the POTUS. Once Biden is swirn in, the plane is still protected, but the call sign changes,

    He doesn't just love being the center of attention. He HAS to be the center of attention. I'd like to think he won't try this but he might. I wonder if any MSM stations will eclipse the inauguration for this ridiculous stunt. As someone pointed out, the article is over a month old so maybe he's changed his mind on this issue. I guess we'll have to wait to see.

    Here's the plan. Since once he takes to the air he risks not having a place to land to be safe he pardons Ghislaine Maxwell in exchange for her island. Problem solved.

    I posted this earlier (Post #18...it looks like Biden would permit use of the plane. Of course, that was written before events unfolded on the 6th.

    I found this online...

    Air Force One is simply the designation given to whatever plane the sitting president flies on. So if Trump boards Air Force One before Biden's inauguration to attend his rally, he is still the sitting president.

    Traditionally, as a courtesy, incoming presidents allow their predecessors to fly home on one of the two custom Boeing 747s . Biden, however, probably won't deny Trump use of the plane in a show of bipartisanship and respect for the office.
