Why would people look at the moon through a telescope when they can find satellite pictures on the internet ? Why would people watch the action on the court instead of viewing the game on the big screen ?

 

I'm not one for creating scenarios and running with them, but let's be reasonable... even if I was being facetious.

Do you absolutely need a car or helicopter to leave a building? It's almost as if you're suggesting that heavy traffic is enough of an inconvenience for you to remain in a very tall building... at a time when planes are flying into very tall buildings. Yes, I'm a very frequent visitor in New York City, and there isn't any amount of traffic that's going to keep me confined.

 

The issue is you are assuming that the Bronx is somehow more safe during a moment like this and easily obtainable. Trump likely just didn't share that sentiment and felt fine where he was. How many towers in NYC ?

People don't seem to realize Trump being elected president will not only be the end of Conservatism in America (more specifically social conservatism), but the end of the GOP as we know it.

I find it much more believable that he used a telescope or binoculars to see people jumping from the twin towers on 9/11 than he saw "thousands and thousands" of American Muslims were celebrating in Jersey City, NJ.

Lets see I have a 10 X 50 MM binoculars in my hands right now.

OMG !!! Looking at something that's 7,000 yards away it's as if I'm only 2,569 feet away. That would be like 856 yards away, just less than a half of a mile.
