Cinservatives complain that Democrats tax and spend. OK, I agree that they do. It's how budgets at all levels are supposed to work spend only the money you have is fiscally responsable.Sure, things come along that you may go into debt for, buying a house or a deep recession, that you borrow for. A house though is offset by rent elimination and is essentially borrowing your rent for the next 20 years in advance so you own something at the end. During a deep recession borrowing for a stimulus is done because revenues drop and a stimulus gets them rising again.
Borrowing while the economy is growing is inflationary and is not unlike running up your credit card debt and using other credit cards to pay it, eventually you are screwed.
The Republican system of spend and not collect the taxes and pretend the additional debt will just go away someday is the height of irresponsible behavior. The only tax cuts are things that reduce the deficit. Not collecting taxes increases the deficit.

I believe that jobs may be the result, but certainly not huge pay increases.

You can look at the years after the Bush tax cuts to see that there is a short term bump followed by ever increasing deficits.

And you should be able to figure out that sales taxes and property taxes don't offset decreased income tax revenue. State taxes and federal taxes revenues go to different agencies in case you didn't know.

Irrelevent since you can find the revenue by year. Revenue and expenditures are separate issues.

I'm not advocating any cuts, I just want them to either collect the taxes or cut spending. Claiming that you cut taxes without spending cuts is flat out lying and irresponsible. To then put the burden of repaying the deferred taxes on the uber rich onto the backs of the middle class is evil.

Then again if you just look at one aspect of a larger plan, you certainly get a leftist view or as I call it, "SKEWED" :)

We know the larger Republican plan which is to cut taxes for the rich, then complain about the increased deficit and then call for cutting aid to the poor and middle class to reduce the deficit while increasing military spending.

Now the folks from the DR Congo are concerned with how much tax U.S. residents pay :)

Why is this so hard? The only president in recent history to "cut taxes" was Bush Jr when he chose to cut taxes instead of paying off the debt with the surplus carried over from Clinton . He then went in a roll and returned to deficit spending. Obama increased taxes where he could but much of the Bush deferrals we're locked in by Congress. Now Trump is back calling for even more tax deferrals. This is out if control spending not cutting taxes. There is not one thing conservative about that. On the subject of taxes the Democrats now and for decades have been the conservatives.

There were no more surpluses at the end of the Clinton term, and they were only achieved by raiding SS, and the debt expanded under clinton
