The twists to see people put themselves in is amazing. Do you really think a protective gear will stop the thousands of people trampling you as they force their way into the country? At what point would you condone the military firing at violent mobs? When would it be prudent to secure the border with force? Sorry if you really think the caravan will stop at just throwing rocks, they didn't stop there at the mexico border.

these 42 millions include for example every single f***ing truck driver who delivers (legal) stuff from Mexico to the USA! Aside this are also included all the people that work legally in the USA with Greencard, but life in Mexico.

The right has an image in their minds of an angry mob of thousands washing over border guards and flowing violently into the U.S. to go kill them or at best rob them of everything they have. I was an Administrator for the American Red Cross prior to my taking an early retirement. You can mark my words right here, right now that if the Red Cross called me today and offered to put me on a plane to sit in a tent at the border of McAllen or El Paso Texas to bandage swollen feet, to treat sick kids or to just pass out bottles of water, you bet your ass I would be there.

While I do think his words are much too inflammatory, sometimes, and he should learn to tone it down, calling him a racist is not supported by hard evidence. He isn't Strom or George Wallace. I find it appalling, and just another reason I left the democratic party after being a staunch democrat for much of my life. I have been Independent since clinton and the 90s when the DP stopped representing the Common Man as FDR called us.

I have never seen or heard trump say or do anything that reveals a racist, and I know what racism looks and sounds like having grown up in the South before desegregation. Consider Strom's speech in 1948, for a prime example. I think he had a lot to do with the founding of the Dixiecrats in that era. Pure racism.

IMO, this calling trump a racist is just a prime example of identity politics, still practiced by democrats who want their power back. And not to use it to represent the people the dems once represented, working and middle class americans. But power for the sake of power. They like the intoxication just as the GOPhers do.
