    Ok, I have to point this out, because what you say here is just so silly. There is NO standard for impeachment. None. So called "high crimes and misdemeanors" has been ruled to mean anything congress wants it to mean. The congressional judiciary committee can vote to impeach for any reason they see fit, and then so can the full body of Congress. Impeachment is not a legal process; it's a political process. Just sayin...

    I agree with all of that. However, precedence might play a part, and I think it is interesting that Hillary Rodham, a lawyer on the impeachment committee staff, thought Obama's offenses were impeachable.

    Yeah well, she is about to lose her law license, and Bill already lost his. So, I'm not sure she is a credible legal advice source.

    He or she would walk into the bathroom like they always have, do their business and then walk out. That's how that would work. And get this, he or she did all that with no guards standing at the door too.
