If she could have gotten the GOP WH and Senate and House on her side, sure.

Yeah, threads like this is why I have taken a few months off this forum. The TDS gets tiresome like trying to argue with an Alcoholic.

What does posting off-topic (about members that you may disagree with) have to do with the OP Topic of how many months that Trump WASTED?:bored:

Anyway, back to the Actual OP Topic:

Hindsight may be 2020, but there is Universal Agreement that Trump should have ordered the social distancing guidelines (at least) a month earlier

Is that during the same month leftist like Pelosi, Cuomo and Deblasio were calling for people to participate in social gatherings and ride in crowded subway lines? "Universal" agreement means leftwing armchair quarterbacks. What does the "universal agreement" advise to do about everything now? National lockdown? Complete takeover of the private business sector? Close the borders?

    Trump is the President.

It was his call and he dropped the ball and that will lead to many unnecessary deaths.

Sorry, but a repetitive litany of Whataboutusm isn't going to get it done in this thread.

    Trump's Call, Trump's Watch, Trump's Screwup.

Just because Trump is president, that doesn't mean everyone follows what he says. You know full well there are a ton of people that will listen to other Dems before they listen to Trump.

That's one of the stupidest arguments for defending Trump in this pandemic.

First because it's false, considering that the known cases are only a fraction of the number of infected people.

Secondly, the pandemic is still far from having reached the top of its contagion curve.

Thirdly, I am convinced that it will bring no comfort to the families of the 100,000 Americans who will die in the coming months.

    But you can still try.

    Good luck.

It's normal, he has no moral authority.

In the aftermath of 9/11, Bush was at 90% approval ratings. Because of their leadership, Cuomo is at 87%, Newsom is at 80% and so is DeWine.

Trump gets the confidence of only 45% of Americans.

Have you ever noticed that these people (Republican haters) (everyone claims they are Trump haters, but they would give any republican pres. this same treatment as they have been doing for decades to others) are always on the wrong (losing) side of almost every argument? From Smolet, to the kid who got the drum beat in his face, to impeachment, to the political affiliation of mass shooters, to hate crime graffiti, and so on. Ever notice the mental gymnastics that they go through that defies logic and common sense?

Don't need another source. The sources are mostly MSNBS and CNN.
Look at the videos and the dates on them. I don't care if you like Watters or not, personally, I think he is a jackass but the timeline is indisputable. Don't blame Fox for putting them up for you to see.

Jeez, the libs aren't even trying to hide their wishes of the situation getting worse and more american deaths. Yuck.

Guess what, you're out of luck again, it ain't going to happen, the situation is firmly under control, ALL previous horrible estimates and predictions have failed to materialize, the reality on the ground is already an order of magnitude better than projected, future projections and estimations are being revised drastically down.

Your "Thank you Mr. President for taking care of the crisis and saving hundreds of thousands of American lives" would be a far more appropriate response than your one millionth hysterical anti-Trump outburst.

PS needless to say the utter stupidity, incompetence, unpreparedness and ultimately failure of uber-liberal governments of NY, NJ, NYC, Detroit, New Orleans account for 80% of coronavirus fatalities... In all fairness California is doing very well so far.

Dr. Fauci said on 1/27 there was minimal threat to Americans, a few days later Trump did the China travel restrictions, over the objections of Democrats. The WaPo called it an overreaction.

Pelosi did something similar in SF Chinatown in person. The NYC health commissioner as late as early March was telling people to go out and enjoy themselves.

Which is higher ratings than the press gets. Cuomo's approval last year was in the 30s, where I expect it to return. There's a reason people are fleeing his state.

Is that why Democrats, China and the WHO opposed them?
