so according to American logic if the Russians sent over an ICBM to take out some of American nuclear capabilities as they were a threat to Russia home security, you know a shot over the bow to teach the Americans a lesson against them using nuclear weapons again on a country, but put no troops on the ground or tanks etc and made it just a short mission.............

that would be okay would it?
that according to American logic would not be considered an act of war

    right?

    fifthofnovember;
Any such attack will be in breach of international law. The US of AIPAC will do itself far more damage than it will cause Assad. In fact, any such attack will win Assad more friends. Actually assassinating Assad- or killing members of his family as some other ******** president did in Libya- will declare open season on everybody, by anybody.

Since I am not a member of the U.S. Military or a member of the State Department it is really impossible for me to...disobey.

Let me explain....the reason I even exist is because of my abilities and track record going on 3 decades.

There are some U.S. Military Officers and some members of the U.S. Intel. Agencies who would LOVE nothing better than to see me F@#% UP or be S#!@ CANNED....mainly because I do not fall under any specific Military or Agency Leadership or Boss.

But at the same time the people who might either hate me and resent me are afraid of me...not because I would do them or their family physical harm...because I would never do that....because there have always been very High Ranking or High upon the Political Food Chain People who OWE ME.

Now my one weakness is my TEAM....as they are members of the U.S. Military and they are the best there is...and I am even better.

As long as I am in the picture they have immunity.

You are talking like a very good Soldier...which I am NOT.

Do you HONESTLY think for a SPLIT SECOND that anything I might say might be something they would not want said?

Think for a second.....what would be the BEST possible outcome for a coming possible disaster?

The answer....EVERYONE ON ALL SIDES KNOWING WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF CERTAIN THINGS ARE DONE OR NOT DONE!

Yeah, it's against international law, so what? That is why we spend more on the military than the rest of the world combined, so we can ignore international law. And probably someone decided that we NEED more enemies. After all, if it seems like there's no need for continued fighting, like we've already kicked all the ass that there is to kick, then the government would have no excuse for perpetual wartime powers.

I NEVER said we would attack Syria.

    You are making an assumption.

    I will tell you this.

There are things that can be done....COVERTLY....that would have a resulting effect of a TSUNAMI hitting a coast compared to flooding created by a very high tide.

Why do you think some groups and leaders in the Middle East still are operating or remain in power?

Do you HONESTLY think that if we did not want them there that they would still be there?

The U.S. has a $17.7 TRILLION Economy with a bit over 300 Million People compared to China....$6 Trillion with 1.7 Billion People and Russia....$1.3 Trillion with 360 Million People.

Now....given this....do you really think we would allow someone to be a leader unless we had a reason?

I care about the young men and women currently serving with the 86th AW...you specifically called them out and referenced them in a post, which at first glance I thought was innocent enough, but at second glance I do not believe that level of detail is necessary to get your point across. While I have no control over what you post, I would appreciate respecting these young men and women and leaving out specifics, if indeed you are privy to matters pertaining to a high level national security matter. I dont think you've said much thus far, I'm merely hoping you understand not to say anything further in terms of detail and specifics.

Pettiness. For so many people, it comes before the greater good. I don't mean to accuse YOU of this, necessarily, but it's a force that makes the world a worse place for everybody. There are too many people who play along with a given system to benefit themselves in the short-term. Very many even worry about social standing and such, as if any of that truly mattered. I suppose that comes down to individual personalities, though.

At any rate, my message is meant for everyone. We are supposed to be living in a free country, but we are far from free when we fear, serve and cower before our self-appointed government.

U.S. and Russian disagreements you might read about or see on TV are simply PR at this point.

The Cold War is over....the Soviet Union lost in in it's place is a struggling Russian Economy that is smaller in size as less than 1/10th of the U.S. Economy and 1/4th of the Chinese.

Russia cannot survive without being able to sell goods and energy to the West.

China's entire Economy has been developed to supply cheap non-essential goods to the U.S.

Neither country could survive either economically or militarily against the U.S.

    It's all smoke and mirrors.

Ah, well it's nice to know that every leader in the world has been approved by the US. So why do we ever have any problems?

It's another one of those "if we don't do it, the Israelis will" thangs. Israel has decided it doesn't want Assad and his rather large military being a nuisance anymore. It can deal with Al Qauda and rebel small arms at its leisure.

It was the same with Iraq. Obama, like Bush, is merely waiting his marching orders.

I don't have a lot of reasons to doubt, but if it is as you say do you really think this is the best venue to accomplish whatever it is you think you are doing? This is just a little backwater website filled with a bunch of numbskulls...

Relax....I am a Patriot and I have a multitude of dead relatives and still living ones who have served in many U.S. Conflicts.

The 86th would not be involved in anything I might do or have to be transported to...I just was supposed to be over there....and I would NEVER put any of our boy and girls at jeopardy.

I have been shot at close range before...several times...because I was arrogant...and young....and thought because of my good number of previous successes....that I and my Team were Bullet Proof.

Thankfully my mistake did not result in any of my team being injured or worse.

I will try to explain in a simple way what I am.

I am the son of a Military Father and a..."CIVILIAN" mother.

At one time when I was younger I had built up a bit of Baby Fat which my Father promptly...in a VERY Military Fashion....had me remove by hard work and exercise.

Both of my parents being very smart and educated brought forth a kid who exceeded either of their intelligence abilities and physical abilities as well....but this kid was not hard as he was almost too concerned for others.

This kid went to school and could score A-plus grades at will but tended to have issues with emotional concerns when he felt others were being abused.

This kid in his JR. year of High School had to take mandatory I.Q. Tests and Placement Tests and then volunteer SAT's....and here is when issues started.

Since all Public School Test scores are given to certain Military and Intel Groups this kid had certain people talking to him as well as had his schools teachers standing in line all attempting to take credit for such scores.

Those sent to talk with him were toyed with by this kid as he understood what was going on as well as understood such people did not have his best interests at heart.

A very close friend of the family who happened to be about the best their was for his particular skill set was informed by this kids relative what was going on and this good friend took it upon himself to talk to certain people and watch over this kid.

By High School Graduation...such people not having yet signed this kid became desperate and a push was made to get the signing done.

Rather than fight this this kid called a meeting and heard out all offers and sides.....and then....offered to occasionally help with VERY specific and certain things that only this kid would determine would be something he would do.

After offering this all sides began to laugh very heavily at which point this kid walked out the door.

The rest I cannot talk about.

Well....I certainly am not Rambo because I was stupid enough and arrogant enough to allow myself to be shot several times.

And as much as thinking about what kind of damage to Tokyo I could do as Godzilla....I am not nearly that tall.

    You have it wrong.

Do you know what such power brokers and upper class movers and shakers fear more than anything else in the world...including me?

    The American Voter.

Bull(*)(*)(*)(*). Now I know you're talking (*)(*)(*)(*). Our intel doesn't recruit out of high schools based on SAT scores. That does not happen. Period. End of story.

    LOL!!!

You are doing the most DANGEROUS THING anyone in my sometimes position could do...you are ASSUMING...and even worse you are reacting to a SPECIFIC ASSUMPTION....which in my sometimes line of work could easily get you buried in the sand.

Now...read again what I posted and then get back to me.

What is AboveAlpha's take on Syrian defenses and offensive capacity?
You think Kissinger was right about the new weapons they want to use on someone?

Read your testimony of concern for other people, are you concerned about the injustice America is doing against Syria and other nations?

I NEVER said I didn't go to College.

I hold several degrees and for a time I was an Assistant Professor at a world renown school in a field specific to Physics.

Which specific field I will not say but if anyone here would like to talk Physics, Multiversal Theory, Quark/Gluon Quantum Interaction, Quantum Particle/Wave Form Maximum and Minimum Numerical Existence within Hadrons...a Hadron is a Proton or Neutron for those who don't know.....Higgs-Boson Mass Generation specific to Universal Multi-Dimensional Space/Time Construction....Quark assignment...Charmed, Strange,...etc...ratio as to Quark/Gluon Numerical Hadron Existence....

....I would be more than happy to find someone at my level to discuss such things.
