My favorite time of the year to be in Germany and Berlin is when the White Asparagus is in season as I will go to a place just outside a Beer Garden and get a large plate of White Asparagus just covered in toasted butter drenched Bread Crumbs and sit down with this really busty Fraulein named Karin who works at this Beer Garden and has so for 4 years as she is in school.

She want's to visit New York City and when I was there several years in a row at that same time she would take a break and talk to me about New York and what American Men and Women like.

She is 6 foot tall and only a couple inches shorter than me but even taller in High Heals and is one strong woman!!!

Alright, if you aren't on the job and are hearing it from people in the know then that is a different story. THEY may be breaking some rules in letting it slip to you but if they are doing it because they feel it is the right thing then I have no qualms with them. I once had to break the nose of a very childish and STUPID DIA Dumbass doing work specific to CENTCOM and the Egyptian Military.

I have NEVER before or since punched someone like that but this guy put EVERONE of my Kids lives at risk and mine as well.

Just to add...this DIA DUMBASS was responsible for handling the Egyptian Military's CENTCOM Liaison and he OPENLY TALKED about a specific...JOB...that I was responsible for to the Liaison.

When I found out he response to me was...."Oh...so what? Who is he going to tell?"

Now I could understand you posting this to me if you took the time to read some of my posts on various other topics and compared what I have stated or predicted and when I did this and then compared my predictions to what actually later occurred.

Now if you did this and I was wrong even only 40% of the time then I would assume what you have in your post.

But if you do take the time and look and compare and see my ratio of being correct in a manner over 95% of the time....and I believe my accuracy is closer to 100%....then perhaps you might believe I have lived and have a very exceptional life.

Really Joe....you are confusing me with someone else.

By the way....I do not wear any Body Armor that has either Ceramic or Metal Plates slide ins as these are too heavy as we sometimes have to cover a lot of ground and at my age huffing it over rocky or sandy terrain as I try to keep up with my 20 something Kids as they fly effortlessly as if it was nothing....is not easy at my age.

I wear an Ultra-Light High Tech. Woven Body Armour that CATCHES a round like a Chinese Finger Puzzle.

I will allow some Ballistic Penetration but it will save your life as it did mine when I was shot multiple times at relatively close range because I had become arrogant and thought because of my successes in previous...JOBS...that I and my team were Bullet Proof.

Thankfully none of my men had to pay the price of my arrogance but it was a most painful lesson to me.

Sounds like great body armor. How much penetration does it allow, and what sort of munition hit you?
Is it expensive? Is it hot?

 

This armor is BEYOND EXPENSIVE and I have been pushing for it to be standard issue as a heavier duty version of it is available.

When I first went to the Hot and Sandy it was IMPOSSIBLE to move over any reasonable amount of terrain wearing armor with slide in metal plates.

The Ultra-Light version of this same armor would do very little to stop any armor piercing rounds and forget about stopping a 5.56 High Velocity Round or a 7.62.

Then I was given this new....what I can only describe as a SWEATER! LOL!!

It saved my life.

The way this armor works is amazing but they say it is simply way too expensive to outfit everyone as standard issue.

If they can afford all the other crap they do, they can afford to equip soldiers with this kind of armor.
Maybe they just like leaving guys vulnerable.
