    And what is this "criteria"? That the victim was black, the shooter was not, and this gives leftists like yourself a story to help advance your agenda? You might be right.

    A story of an elderly white couple being raped and murdered by a black male isn't a story you would like to see get "GLOBAL coverage", is it? Would you mind honestly answering why that is?

    So in Florida...if I understand this law correct...I can confront somebody, they can defend themselves, and then I can shoot them in the chest?

    Sounds like a Barney Fife type.........aspiring for authority, but failing to advance or gain any actual authority because of incompetence....


    Having said that, all that matters is what actually transpired. They will need a witness or some CSI confirmation of the events before he can be judged.

    It doesn't make sense that he was the one spotting the kid, following him, and that he was then so oblivious and unaware as to lose track of the kid and the kid snuck up behind the guy who was following him.

    Sounds very implausible. I won't say impossible, just implausible.

    Yes. If you are entrusted with investigating suspicious activity and you investigate. Later on some person in a hoodie is beating the crap out of you as witnessed by many people, you are allowed to pull out a gun and shoot him.

    Don't like it, don't move there. Move instead to chicago where the thugs rule... In florida, people can protect themselves.. On a side note, I bet the number of burglaries by black teenagers will decline in that neighborhood :) At the minimum, the number of suspicious people who beat the crap out of Hispanics has decreased by one.

    I don't think I would recommend it, but the precedent so far seems to be that you would not be detained by police or charged with any crime....and then you would get support from many guns rights activists and many forum members here.

    So the kid did prefer wearing a Hoodie.
    Plus of course that Football Pic of him as if The BMOC High School
    Football Star.The kid didn't even letter in Varsity Football.
    Played some Youth Football.Why and how did the media drum up
    some professional picture of Trayvon in a Football uniform.
    That sure seems strange,especially given he DID NOT Play
    Varsity Football.

    Liberal media like to paint Black people as always innocent victims???

    Its like in chicago where if there's a black on black crime, the victims are always innocent and aren't involved in crime even though the shooting happened at 3am in the morning on a Monday on a deserted street when most people are asleep.
