    Her opinion is not segregation, she has zero authority. I think university should allow opposing viewpoints as long as no one is disenfranchised.

    Yes it was and don't care about her "authority" it's her racism and discriminatory views, colleges across the country have banned such speech.

    Since when is hate speech considered free speech in Leftist land? And please cite all the examples of colleges supporting spaces that POCs aren’t welcome or accepting ANY STUDENT uttering those words? I’d love to see video of students telling other students they need to get out because they’re black? They’d be expelled in a microsecond.

    Are you really classifying this as hate speech?

    I didn’t say the type of language would be tolerated if the rolls were reversed — just the opposite would happen actually with massive media coverage and school walkouts, the dean would likely be called to resign or some pathetic bs.

    I just find it all so ridiculous but even more so when coming from people that say they support free and open speech.

    I support free speech ASSUMING it’s treated equally no matter who says it. There is certainly NOT equal rights under the law. POCs are free to say many things that would get a white person fired and/or doxed and ostracized.

    Obviously that woman is not an intelligent person and shouldn't be reflective of UVA’s education system. If so that school is racist.

    IMO, that is the whole idea of a University. Trade ideas, thoughts and to learn. Not segregate and shut down ideas of others that disagree with you. If schools can no longer tolerate differing points of views by the students and are not enforced by the University Professors and administrators, then why even bother going anymore? The University facility should be expelling people that want to shut down freedom of ideas and thoughts.

    It is hard to understand how the left fails to see that multiculturalism is a negative element in society, not a positive one. Having been through a few hundred years of racism resulting from importing slaves, we should have learned that by now. It amazes me that universities teach this lie and nobody calls them on it.

    A few days ago a Black dude in Stafford was standing outside a Target wearing a KKK outfit and now we've got a Black chick promoting segregation.

    My question would be why should they even need a multi cultural center? I would have assumed that ALL facilities were available to all accepted students especially those who are actually paying the exorbitant tuitions.

    I have already stated “I think university should allow opposing viewpoints as long as no one is disenfranchised” and “I just find it all so ridiculous” so if you are continuing to wait on my answer — after I have given it, feel free to continue to wait as I can not interpret it to your level apparently.

    I do not believe the statement, “there are too many white people using the facility” would meed the legal requirements of § 18.2-416

    Should the university distance themselves from her views, yes — should they expel her, no — should she be charged with a misdemeanor, no.
