there isn't an authoritarian left government on the planet, try again...russia, china, N Korea, Iran, Saudi, Syria all authoritarian right wing governments...no N Korea and china are not no where near left leaning socialist states...

It was a strange response to my post. Really had no clue what he was trying to say, so took it for the dodge that it was.

This is one of my favorite false cognates. In Spanish "comprender" means understand, in English also means encompass or include.

ok if I give you those two, that's 2 vs how many right wing authoritarian governments it's not even close...left win socialist governments by their nature can't be authoritarian there's external forces at work that make them so...in Cuba's case it the USA's isolationist policies, for Venezuela a world collapse of the price of oil and an idiot who was left in charge when the revenue stream dried up...

I disagree, but it may be just a matter of semantics, plenty of lefties reject applying the term "authoritarian" applies to Venezuela under Chavez or Maduro. There are lots of lefty governments in Latin America, some are fairly moderate, others much more extreme.

Moderate leftist governments such as Chile and Brazil consider market-oriented economic growth and macroeconomic stability not only the most efficient vehicles for development, but the foundation for achieving social equity. These governments zealously preserve the checks and balances on majority rule of liberal democracy, along with its emphasis on procedural rules, while cautiously negotiating incremental changes in the market economy and liberal welfare regimes with opposition groups. For Chile further progress toward a more social democratic regime depends on raising taxes —a virtually insurmountable hurdle.Brazil’s moderate left has abandoned participatory politics, opting instead to embrace Brazil’s traditional clientelist politics. Radical leftist governments such as Cuba, Venezuela and Bolivia, on the other hand, seek more rapid transformation. They experiment with policy instruments such as nationalization of private property, state-led industrial policy and agrarian reform. They also tend to push social welfare expenditures to limits that may test fiscal prudence. These countries lack patience with liberal democracy, gravitating instead toward “direct” democracy through plebiscites, referenda and constitutional assemblies to reinforce majority over minority interests.

Made by the Maseriti brothers after they sold the company with their name on it in 1937

It was a very successful under 1500cc sports car that won may races in europe during the 1950s

Very cool. It's an MT4 from what I've read about.

Italian styling is the tits. I love Ducatis and Vespas. The only drawback is reliability and maintenance cost for those of us living in the States.

    Yes

The italians have sexy cars and women

There are other body styles on the basic MT4 platform

But I like this one the best

I haven't seen difference in motorcycle maintenance costs, they're all expensive the largest cost being shop rates for labour...it's why I do most of my own maintenance work. An old Vespa would be in my garage if I could find a one worth rebuilding.

I've no fear of buying a Ducati, it's the butt hole of a salesman that works at the ducati dealership that prevented a purchase of a Monster...Triumph-Striple, KTM-Super Duke, BMW-Pure and Aprilia-Tuono are all still in play for my next purchase...

The 250 OHC Ducatti single was one of the most beautiful motorcycles ever made

If you want a Vespa go to Vietnam

They have plenty of the original 2 strokes still running on the streets
