White societies and nations have form that NO OTHER SOCIETY /NATION HAS in that it enforces anti black racial laws. Period.

Stopping racism will never happen , well it could if the world was one color but even then human nature would cause people to be hateful over other reasons such as class, physical features , or simply just being from different regions . in every part of the world even those of the same race committed acts of violence and hatred against those who were the same race . For instance the native people were killing each other for land and dominance well before colonists arrived . Japan used to be made up of a many provinces who were constantly at war with each other for power and dominance of the country . The English would terrorize their Irish and Scottish brethren ….. Vikings , the Greeks , etc etc. showed that tribalism will always be a thing . BUT with that said as the world has become much more diverse and little by little racism has honestly been dying at a large rate , especially in the USA which is why we see our great friends at the DNC doing everything in their power to stoke the flames of racism and keep it alive in order to keep the people divided . Again racism will never truly die , but a big help would be to stop making everything possible a racial issue and stop slapping racist tags to any crime that is white on black despite evidence race wasn’t an issue . Also you can’t stop racism when you are literally enabling more racism . more logic and less emotional idiocy and screaming racism at any problem would do more to help than the current course .
I dunno what that has to do with laws created to discriminate on something one has no control over like skin colour. Dalits r discriminated on class grounds (which can change) and uighers discriminated on relgious grounds (which also can change). This is pretty simple too. I assume you're referring to the 3/5 clause in the Constitution. That was not anti-Black. That clause gave White men from Southern states more political power than White men from Northern states. It didn't cost Blacks anything at all. They couldn't vote any more than any other person who didn't own land could vote at that time. Face it. Whites were and are no different from anyone else.
