    But keep in mind that Durham is probably 10 times more ethical
    than that Mueller creep.Meaning his overall authority won't bleed
    over into anything/anything land.Mueller's authority { scope of investigation }
    kept expanding like the Michelin Man advertisement.It went off the rails.

    Donald trump when he accused Obama of spying. Donald trump when he claimed several million people voting illegally cost him the popular vote in 2016 and Republicans their elections in 2018. Donald trump when he dismissed yovanovitch based on accusations his state department knew to be false. Donald trump when he tried to bribe a foreign govnemrent into just announcing an investigation against his domestic political rivals based on allegations that everyone else found to be without evidence. Donald trump when he denied access for refugees from island nations ravaged by hurricanes because they night contain bad people. Donald trump when he ordered all muslims to not be able to fly into the country because an exceedingly small percentage of terrorists are muslim.

    American history by using the female snidely Whiplash Stephanie Cutter
    cut a commercial showcasing Seniors at an Old Folks home cussing-out
    Mitt Romney by name { using the " F " word } saying stuff like how much
    they'd love to grab Romney By The balls and squeeze real hard.
    Plus of course the entire summer meme of Suppression.
    The Summer of Suppression meme.I still need the name of one black
    who had their vote suppressed.Plus Google and Facebook were not
    only helpful to Obama winning in 2012 but instrumental.
    Stacy Abrams pulled out the Suppression of Blacks meme also in
    2018.She Lost in Georgia and became notorious for refusing to
    Concede.She was rewarded earlier this year,being given the honor
    of the SOTU Rebuttal.

    The hearings will be public. If the House presents a sufficiently strong case, it will be reflected in the polls. Then, Senate Republicans voting "no" will be endangering their own seats.

    Congress can say "here Ukraine, here's money to buy weapons from us".

    Then Trump can say "sorry, we're not selling you weapons".

    And of course it's legal.

    Obama did exactly that.

    Obama allowed the aid Congress approved to be spent on non-weapons, but he did not allow any money Congress appropriated to go towards weapons.

    Which, of course, is the underlying reason the "Trump blocked aid" thing is going to come back and hit Democrats in the face.

    And therein lies one of the most damning parts of Trump's phone call because immediately after Zelensky brought up the notion of purchasing javelin missiles from Trump is when Trump responded with his request for a favor. Trump's unilateral ability to stop that sale means that his request is going to be interpreted by any government which relies upon the United States to a significant degree, like Ukraine, is actually a demand.

    And what better way would there be to drive the point home that he can hold up FUTURE purchases than by holding up currently approved aid?

    You know, I've never really thought of it from that standpoint before.. but of course, with all extra thinking, it just looks worse for Trump.

    Show me the statute that says Trump is required to sell weapons to Ukraine if they refuse to abide by our mutual treaty of investigating corruption, or any other reason.
