    And let's assume that load of crap is magically true in Fairytaleland. How does that forcer poor, put upon Trumpers to attack the Capitol? They're so weak-minded that they can't help themselves? Pelosi put a magic spell on them?

    Investigations are always initiated from probable cause. There are four successful outcomes in a congressional investigation on a former president.

    1. Refer possible crimes to the DOJ
    2. Exonerate suspicions, even if only in part.
    3. Recommend legislation to the House
    4. Combinations of the above.

    Because your premise is inclusive in these outcomes, it is therefore moot.

    That does not excuse the lack of fairness in the investigation. It is being presented to the American people with no opportunity to show the opposing view.

    You are confused.

    Investigations are not about 'opposing views', they are investigators of fact.

    Where 'both sides' come into view and are presented, are on indictments and prosecutions.

    If what bothers you is that the hearings do not present republicans in a positive light, maybe the next president who
    is exposed for grabbing women's genitals, you'll think twice before you elect such a person.

    You should have asked yourself, 'if we nominate such a vile human being, what could possibly go wrong?".

    The fault is yours, and republicans's, in general.

    Next time, pick Rubio, or someone who isn't so amoral.

    the opposing view , trump's alternate reality, is on full display 24/7 on fox. trump has been rallying around this opposing view for almost 2 years. do you really think the american people don't know about the peaceful tours and what not?

    Determination of facts require review of opposing views. Those opposing views were never allowed to be presented.
    Pelosi used the power of the House of Representatives to present a biased political view to the American people. There was no opportunity to present an opposing view.
    Please don't make stuff up. You have no idea what my feelings are.

    As a matter of fact, I did not elect Trump. I voted against him in both the primaries and general election in 2016.

    When Pelosi put on a show to the American people without an opposing view, it was a misappropriation of government resources. That is not the same as showing the Trump view on Fox who has also been critical of Trump.

    Please reread my comment, it is obvious you do not understand that hearings are not about 'points of view', they are about findings of fact.

    we can't help it if the right are the ones committing the crimes. If you don't like it, quit supporting criminals.

    Both democrats and republicans were present in the investigation.

    Where the opposing view will be presented is if there are any prosecutions.

    Jordan is not interested in 'opposing views', he's only interested in disrupting the investigation, which was why he was rejected.

    After that rejection, which was just, McCarthy could have found some more cooperative Repubs, like Romney, Collins, etc.

    But no, he pulled them all and didn't offer anyone else.

    that means he had no intention of contributing to the investigation and his motives were disingenuous, so that he could claim the investigation, like you, is one sided.

    Sorry, Republicans have forfeited any right to claim 'one sided'. You had your chance.

    Maybe, after some indictments, you can hire some good attorneys to present your side of the argument.
