Lewandowski is Stonewalling (and acting like such an idiot) he deserves to be held in contempt of Congress and be booked into the nearest Federal Lockup. :salute::

As I understand it, Congress can store him in some room in the basement of the Capitol... they cannot use Federal Lockup, since that's controlled by the Executive Branch...

But I would throw this guy in a sewer, where he'd feel right at home...

I'm not sure the Dems should call Lewandowski "chicken" for not delivering the Sessions memo... I would go the opposite and call him a solid American for failing to deliver it, by design.... See if a little reverse psychology might work on somebody with this lack of a moral compass...

Deutch is solid... if you skipped Lee-Jackson, Cohen, and Johnson to add 20 minutes to Deutch, that would be a net gain...

That question really makes you think.... could Hope have been used as some sort of political bonus??

I cannot imagine those 2 hooking up voluntarily on her part...

Lewandowski's toeing the party line.... what Trump dictated for Sessions wasn't illegal... Maybe yes, Maybe no, but logical minds can make the argument it's impeachable... Over 1000 prosecutors plus me...

What crime? Did you miss the conclusions of the Mueller report? As we shall see, the only crimes where the ones launching this witch hunt.

What a jack*** Cohen is. He has a very punchable face.

Again we see the LW nonsense that it would have been OOJ to fire Sessions. Trump had every right to fire Sessions at any time, for any reason, which would have left someone else to take over the witch hunt.

Ah... I missed a word in my post... He was NOT obstructing a crime... You cannot obstruct a crime... My bad

Firing Sessions is not what this hearing is about....

But we can agree about Cohen... not an effective questioner...

Then what is the hearing about, and where is the obstruction?

Cohen comes across as an emotional crazy person, unlike Nadler, despite my disagreements with him.

    My thoughts exactly.

Hope HAD to have been "taking one for the team".
That is the only explanation for her getting with that Hideous Troll.

    Obviously, Corey is stonewalling.

(LMAO! Corey just called himdelf a "good-looking man"? :roflol:)

Obviously, the argument that it is "impeachable" is a solid one. :salute:

Doesn’t apply to Lewandowski, who was never part of the administration.

This is a cover up, plain and simple.

Dems will lose this round because they will play by the rules.

They haven’t figured out yet that the Rs win by ignoring the rules.

This hearing is primarily about Section F of the Mueller report.... I could copy and paste from the report itself, but the better summary is this, from the 1K+ former federal prosecutors who say that "Each of us believes that the conduct of President Trump described in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report would, in the case of any other person not covered by the Office of Legal Counsel policy against indicting a sitting President, result in multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice."

But even so, this is not a legal proceeding, so the question today is - Is Section F an impeachable act?

Again, best summed up by the prosecutors - "As the report explains, “substantial evidence indicates that the President’s effort to have Sessions limit the scope of the Special Counsel’s investigation to future election interference was intended to prevent further investigative scrutiny of the President’s and his campaign’s conduct” — in other words, the President employed a private citizen to try to get the Attorney General to limit the scope of an ongoing investigation into the President and his associates.

That's what this hearing is supposed to be about... anything else is poor questioning by D's and time wasting deflection by R's...

If you believe Section F is obstruction as written, the hearing is useless..... If you don't, the hearing is useless....

Why not, the Clinton administration invoked it 11 times.
