Great point... without repercussions, there's no reason to play by the rules... I wouldn't....

And that part of the report, which was IMHO not written by Mueller but by his partisan team, is to say the least quite unusual. A prosecutor's role is to indict or not, and shut up.

How can you have obstruction when we now know there was no crime?

yes, don't tell the truth, don't tell anything, help POTUS hide all his corruptions, cheating lying, colluding that is destroying the fabric and economy... No worries, it is great fro all those at the top who cant feel inflation.
Hold the lie no matter what you do, when caught, repeat lie until they get tired of hearing, wash, rinse, repeat.

If all else fails, have a neocon. right wing think tank write an article and post as NEWS backing the lie as NOT A LIE, an opinion.

I'm not going down that rabbit hole... There were crimes discovered by the Mueller investigation and there was OOJ discovered in an attempt to prevent further crimes from being exposed, most of which failed, leading to volume 2...

So why wasn't Trump indicted, like Clinton was?

What do you think should happen next? I understand they are going to go for some emoluments hearings next week, then hush money payments after that...

I think they have their OOJ articles of impeachment... Sections B, E, F, I. Today changes nothing... As Mueller says, and now I understand more why he said it, his report speaks for itself.... You don't need witnesses as they've already testified...

I also think they have the CVF article now, or they will after the hush money hearing.

Add an Emoluments one on specific presidential income (hotels, Doonbeg, Doral whatever) for a third article...

The goal is not to run up the score... it's to have 2 or 3 easily understood impeachable acts and I think we have them... I know we have them...

The ease with which Corey PARROTS Every Ridiculous RW Fever Swamp Talking Point reminds me of a Mentally-Deranged Macaw with Tourette's.

Does this MORON actually think that he has a chance at a Senate Seat? :roflol:

Emoluments, give me a break, on that line of thought Obama was guilty by accepting the Nobel Prize. As if Trump became POTUS so people could stay in his hotel. He probably forfeited millions if not billions by being POTUS, forfeiting his salary and taking really nasty abuse from the LW. All the Dems are doing is reinforcing their Chicken Little image, they have absolutely nothing to offer that will help the average American, only TDS.

Since we haven't seen it, what exactly are you laughing at? How come the LW isn't demanding we see it yesterday, you know, transparency and all that?

That's not the question... Is he making ANY money as President? Not is he making LESS than he could be making... By LAW, he (or organizations he controls) is not allowed to make money as President.

Do you believe Trump is making ANY money as President?

Or is the White House preventing you from answering that because you can spell Trump...

Frankly, I don't care as much that he's making domestic profits, because sheep gonna sheep, but we all should worry about foreign money coming in...

We = Americans.... do you qualify??

Sounds like the Dems were trying to set up Corey for a perjury trap. All they were doing was asking questions about his prior, actual interview with Mueller, and then refused to allow him to review a copy of the report to refresh his memory....typical.

    1) that's simply untrue. Obama made millions as President from things he owned.
    2) I hope so...he is donating his salary...I hope he is getting some return on his prior investments.

What was Clinton and Obama worth when they went into office. I'll help you 1.3 million in 2007 and 11.4 million when he left. hmmm he damn sure made money on being president.

Clinton's net worth was 700k when he began his term now has a net worth of 100 million...wow now he really figured it out.

Link it or it's Fake News...

Nobody should begrudge a former president making money after their terms.. .I certainly don't...

I left one out... Once the courts rule that Trump cannot prevent his aides from appearing for subpoenas, I would make that an article of impeachment for committing OOJ by delaying the hearings without cause...

There has to be known and long term penalties for attempting THAT ****....

Ahh.. Obama made money by writing and selling books during his 8 years... Gotcha

I don't think anybody who doesn't wear a tinfoil hat would think any of that income could have come from potential attempts to gain political favor, but maybe it's not the greatest look ever.

OK, If Trump writes a book in the next 15 months, he can keep those "profits", no questions asked...

Hey, If Trump READS a book in the next 15 months, I'll donate $10 to his campaign....

Trump is done playing the dems stupid little game. I don't blame him for telling his staff to quit cooperating. Enough is enough. Congress is full of squawking lunatics.
