Are you sure? It appears that the highest vaccination rates correlate to higher transmission rates. Seychelles, Uruguay, Singapore, Bahrain, Israel...

I could have been in a coma for all of Covid, woke up today, and I would immediately deny the vaccine. Based purely on what I'm seeing done to unvaccinated people. My leaders are willing to crush them into the dirt. Seen all I need to see, don't need your science. This is a no brainer; it's wrong.

 

They indeed said that. And it was misinformation or disinformation. When you tell the world that the vaccine stops the spread, and it doesn't, you just contributed to higher transmission rates.

 

Break through infections were happening before delta. They were just being ignored until there were too many and they were too concentrated to pretend weren't happening.

 

I think that line of thought provides a false sense of security, just like the paper masks. If they aren't sure, they should say that, because if they are wrong they just affected mass behavior in a way that increases transmission.

 

Yes, I'd like Biden's apology for blaming the unvaccinated. I predicted they would do this months ago; I said they would divide us like this. And I also said they would be dead wrong on the spread; even with 100% vaccinated rate you are going to see variants roll through.

During former pandemics, there were many who needed a scapegoat. They needed to blame a particular race, or group that worshipped different gods, or simply people they considered odd.

Whoopie represents these scapegoat seekers. Her mindset is responsible for many murders during previous pandemics. She has failed to learn the primary lesson to be learned from all previous pandemics: don't blame a particular group of people for its spread. History has shown that everyone who has done that has been wrong in a really nasty way.

 

Unconstitutional. It won't stand forever. I just hope that the tide turns before Biden keels over so he can taste the shame of what he's done before he leaves this world.

Kill you is a bit over the top. People are just stressed. I got my shots and haven't been stuck to the fridge even once. I still wear masks in public. They will work or they will not. If I get covid, i won't blame the shadows for infecting me. We live in an imperfect world filled with imperfect people operating off imperfect information. I accept others will not get theirs for whatever reason and respect their choice even if it is a silly contrived reason.

It's not a silly contrived reason. The cause of this pandemic has been concealed. I don't trust a shot offered by someone who concealed the origin of the sickness that the shot is for. It's common sense.

 

If you get fired, start your own business where you make the rules, and like I said, I don't care about people's reasons for not taking the shots. Their body, their choice. Someone who doesn't for medical reasons is just as acceptable to me as someone who doesn't because God spoke to them in a dream. Occasionally the libertarian forces within me control the day, and never more than it when it comes to people's health. Don't care if you smoke, don't care if you weigh 600 pounds, and don't care if you get vaccinated. Those are all your decisions and your consequences to deal with, not mine.
