Yes but Black Lives Matter just way way more. I mean when you go out to an important event you wear Black not pink. Black clothes matter.

There is also the fallacious argument of the fallacy of the ladder which states in the case of race that if anyone questions that racism is at the root of any social disparity then we are just a tiny bit away from genocide.

I absolutely think black lives matter. Like I’ve said in other posts, these bodies are just vehicles for our spirit/soul. Not liking someone because they have black skin is as stupid as not liking someone because they drive a black car.

You are using the actions of less than 1% of a group to define a group. Just because the actions of a few individuals get a
lot of press doesn't make them a defining characteristic of that group.

 

Damn, I could say the exact same thing about police officers, yet all this stupidity over the last few months has been from the masses judging the actions of a tiny sliver of the whole.


Racism is a ****ing trap. It doesn’t matter if you are on the “good” side or the “bad” side, it will destroy society because nobody can do anything about the color of their skin, and it is going to lead to resentment on both sides, furthering the divide. The sooner we just forget about and bury the whole idea of race, the better off humanity will be.

 

Well sherwin Williams might see a distinction between pink and peach and the color tan. I suspect that their paint matching instruments can on human skin as well. But the important thing is that you believe this.

But there are discernible differences in breeds of animals and people are animals and race is largely a question of breed. Differences are not bad by definition.

 

Some apparently read "black lives matter" as "only black lives matter." It's a bit confusing as to why they do this. It's not a difficult concept.

 

My challenge is still out there. Can anyone think of any cause in which the African American community organized for any group other than themselves? Tons of other groups mobilized in support of their civil rights. This is why Black Lives Matter is viewed by other groups with the nickname Only Black Lives Matter!

 

Just because it doesn't make headlines doesn't mean that black Americans don't raise money for hurricane and natural disaster relief. Or local food drives, renewal projects, schools, churches and other needy causes.

 

Ok give me an example when the recipients are not also people of African ancestry.

 

That's why you geniuses who couldn't lose in 2016 were outsmarted and crushed in the electoral college ,,, only to run off and blame the electoral college for own shortcomings.

If you geniuses were that smart, you wouldn't have let a dummy like Trump run circles around you and you wouldn't have had to spend the next 4 years throwing temper tantrums.
