It's interesting to me how, you go to any college or other liberal bubble and they are pretty happy about the prospect of ending white America. They don't seem to understand that they are white America. Racial segregation is actually lower outside of the Democratic congressional districts and big city strongholds. If you can lay some bricks and stay out of trouble then most people don't care what race you are but there's little real work to be done in the cities so you get a lot of contraceptive sex, welfare, pointless fighting and obsolete racial animosities coming from ethnic groups even though not a single group is fully adapted to the European-style environment dropped onto the American continent.

Every time I have been to a small town its full of racist white people, but the cities have a large mixture of races which would explain why cities tend to be liberal and small towns tend to be racist conservatives who wish they still lived in the good ole days of the Confederacy.

You say cities are filled with welfare, contraceptive sex (is that a bad thing? lol), no work and pointless fighting, so its only fair to say towns are full of white supremacists who live in the past.

Notice how its cities with high income inequality and the place with the least income inequality was a Suburb? Do you really think thats a coincidence? The Right wing tries to do the same with crime rates, they say "Look at liberal cities and all that crime!!" leaving out the fact liberal cities are very large and conservatives usually live in suburbs and towns, not cities, so of course their crime rates and income inequality levels will be much lower. You have to look at the whole picture, not just whats immediately right in front of you.

Pluralism (not to be confused with multiculturalism) is the answer to that problem. Are you familiar with the pluralistic credo E Pluribus Unum - From Many, One?

Where countries like Yugoslavia, Ukraine, Rwanda, etc. went wrong is where society violently disintegrated into its tribal components. That's why pluralistic societies can exist and function harmoniously but multicultural/tribal societies often cannot. It's also why America's pluralistic immigration model has worked so well in the past and Europe's multicultural/tribalistic immigration model has not. You can't expect social harmony and cohesion if you don't integrate your immigrants into the host society.

FYI, I've lived in mixed-race urban and rural areas my entire life, so all I can do is laugh at you self-styled "real conservatives" when you dismiss the role that "progressives" and their policies have played in the deterioration of places like Detroit, East St. Louis and Chicago. Black conservatives like Thomas Sowell have written at length how the Left's attitudes and Great Society initiatives have helped destroy African-American communities and families.

Because race is not necessarily the primary variable for choosing which people are like you.

I will take a nation of black capitalists over a nation of white communists any day. A white communist is not like me, even though he may look like me. Really, race is the least of it.

Ideology, morality, and even religion often trump race for most people. Racists are the minority in America. They are not the norm.

 

I am more genetically similar to many people that do not have my skin color than I am to many people who have my skin color. Diversity is not defined by the limited traits that you assume it is.

This is why mainstream science has rejected race in general...because the definitions are completely arbitrary. What traits make someone white or black? No one can agree on the genetic definitions of a race.

The US is arguably the single most successful nation in human history. Our GDP and Military and Science dwarf every other nation right now. We are the center of higher education for the entire world. We have the highest immigration rate in human history...people are literally climbing over each other to get in here.

If race is arbitrary then how can racism exist? Additionally, are you denying that there are fundamental differences between races? What about breeds of dog? They all have a common ancestor. But would you argue there is no difference in temperament between a pitbull terrier and a Labrador?
