Perhaps it's not. But that's not the question here; the OP seemed to not understand Trump's motives, when it is clear Trump is simply following what has worked. He used the media to label his primary opponents as Little Marko, Lying Ted, Low Energy Jeb, and then successfully labeled Crooked Hillary as his general election opponent. Now he is using the leftist congresswomen in the same fashion, it's really not complicated...

Who is morally bankrupt enough to accept that as an excuse? "I'm a terrible person because I can get away with it." Really? Look, if you want to argue that his cultists share some responsibility in his rational and moral shortcomings, I agree, but those are still his shortcomings. "But it worked" is not a legitimate excuse. No, it really isn't complicated. That lack of logic would excuse literally every fascist leader ever. That really the road you want to go down? Motives, especially CORRUPT motives, do not maaaagicly make the means, which are also corrupt, disappear.

    Most slavers were Democrats.
The KKK was formed due to the lawless acts by the UNION who took over the South for many years.
There were many more Democrats yet a lower percent voted for the Civil Rights law of 1964 than had the republicans. A higher percent of republicans favored the law. Those like Barry Goldwater believed that states had the right to decide and not the Federals. Barry Goldwater had an outstanding record in Government of promoting civil rights for all.

The supreme court is not a one judge body.

Segregation was more an event than a designed platform. It means that blacks who were poor lived among friends, other blacks. They were at that time not so angry as today. Today blacks still prefer to live with other blacks yet not the crime part.

I have had blacks as clients who told me to keep them out of black areas.

I'm not trying to defend Trump, so don't get your TDS in a tizzy. I'm simply making an observation in reply to the OP.

Obama used the media to further his goals when he realized they would overlook virtually any of his administration's misdeeds. Trump is using the media as he realizes they will report virtually everything he says to bolster their ratings, even with their negative coverage of him.

Hence, he hangs nicknames on his political opponents with great success. By this time next year normal Americans will realize the Democratic Party hardly resembles the party of the past.

Biden is probably the only candidate who could beat Trump, but he will fade fast as the leftists in the party will continue to attack him.

There is a difference between alternate political ideologies and outright ignorance. Children don't understand the difference, but adults do. They act like children- over and over.

Trump DOES reflect America, that is why he was elected. And that's not the ugly image you and others paint at all, it's the image you want to camouflage by hanging trash.

People who use their race as a get-out-of-jail-free card for every clap-trap trick they pull, for to refute any objection to their stupidity- THEY ARE THE RACISTS.

Now, I doubt you are stupid, you probably know those things are true. The question is- why do you pretend otherwise?

We have developed a wide "character gap" in America, where far too many lack a moral compass.

GenX'ers and Millennials aren't even up to coping with daily
maintenance of cleaning out a Kitty litter box. They're more concerned
with their tattoos and music and getting free stuff. The absolute
    polar Oppostite of " Big Russ " { Tim Russert's { Host of - Meet the Press - }

Explain how Eisenhowers ' 57 Civil Rights bill was not passed.
It was the Bigot { L.B.J. } then Senate Majority leader who dismissed
it and then found a way to make it seem like a majority of his Democrats Might
    consider it.Including J.F.K. then a Senator.

The mainstream would run Ronald Reagan, Gerald Ford, and Richard M. Nixon out of the GOP now.

Trump won't work with the Dems on border security.

The 1957 GOP civil rights bill was fatally flawed, and the GOP would not compromise.

The CR and V acts of 1963 and 1964 passed (good strong bills) because the Dems made the GOP crawl and squeal until they signed on.

Most Americans did not vote for Trump, nor have a majority ever approved of him.

Trump's blatant lies (your "moral compass") are a feature of his attempting to stoke racial divisions for his personal advantage, of course.

For Trump. it's all about TRUMP.

His singling out four non-white, female junior members of Congress was not random, and his fake attribution - He falsely accused Rep. Ilhan Omar of professing a “love” for al Qaeda and talking about “how great” and “how wonderful” al Qaeda is - is indicative of his cult's preference for Trump's vilifications over truth. Nothing new there.

As uber-Trumpie Duncan Hunter candidly explained,

Nonsense from the far right naysayers yet again. The Dems had a higher % and numbers in the North and West in favor of the CRA and the VA, while the GOP had 100% opposition to the acts: yeah, 100%. Goldwater, the GOP presidential candidate, opposed the bills, the loser.

The GOP will never be allowed to gut those acts and return the country to the bad old days of white supremacy.

I bet we are going to get something silly like that AOC is really white.

    Addendum: yup there it is.

AOC is no more white than Al Green.

The pigeon poop is all Republican.

Trump's family and the VP jumped on Trump to denounce last night's chanting.

    He did.

Let's see if he stops it at the next rally, right at the beginning.

Such is indeed factually correct. The people of the united states did not actually vote for Donald Trump, they merely voted against Hillary Clinton.

If you are unable to recognize bovine excrement, you will step in it. But why defend your mistake by claiming it's somehow rational excrement?

We have the three stooges- plus one- elected in congress and doing what the stooges did for entertainment, and thinking it's representing the people. If we weren't so inclined to be tolerant of stupidity, they would be laughed out of Washington. THEY are the spoilers keeping the hate pot boiling- and work at it everyday. A small child could do better.

He lies to get his cult wee wee'd up, and then tries to weasel out of it. His cult likes when he does that.

Trump’s field-tested strategy: Whip up a frenzy, then disavow
... latest episode followed a repeated Trump tactic of pushing his rhetoric over the line — and then shrugging off responsibility

    https://www.politico.com/.

    ========================================================

Trump took a lot of heat from his family over the racist chants at a campaign rally in North Carolina on Wednesday. He heard from first lady Melania Trump, his daughter Ivanka and Vice President Mike Pence.

Trump on Thursday disavowed the chants of "send her back" and said he tried to stop it. [A lie, of course.] "Well, number one, I think I did, I started speaking very quickly," he said.

But the video tells a different story. [Trump] stands in silence for nearly 15 seconds, looking around the arena. When Mr. Trump resumed his speech, he made no mention of the chant, which started after he attacked Rep. Ilhan Omar.

The 2013 biparisan immigration reform act included $40B for the southern border.

On top of that, it included jobs protection and visa tightening (since that's how half those undocumented have arrived).

Dems passed that bill in the Senate and it would have passed in the Republican House had Republican Speaker of the House Boehner not blocked it.

==> So, you HAVE a bill Dems will back - a bipartisan bill that has gotten significant Republican votes and the backing of senators such as Rubio.

And, you DO NOT HAVE a president or a Republican Senate that wants this issue resolved - or they would have proposed real solutions, not totally unacceptable partisan have measures.

Utter horse crap. Republicans had been proposing Civil Rights legislation since the Civil. It took a hundred years for enough Democrats to get on board to make it a reality.

Trumps appeal is with a certain minority who never have thought seriously about politics and respond gleefully to a stack of sound bites which appeal to them. Not a pop against America, many nations have similar groups. Proclaiming that all the nations’ ills can be set on a minority is an old tactic but to elect such a president of the nation and not have the means to get rid him is a sign of a weak constitution.

Who's he punching- fakers, cry-babies who want government to carry their sorry asses and the people who would sell us out in a heartbeat?

    Send her back....
AOC, to the bar. Mixing booze is probably here highest calling- she just assumed that bar-talk equated to congressional wisdom.

Omar- Is, from SOMALIA. Land of ultimate poverty, of modern-day pirates, basically the festering boil in the butt-crack of the world. Indeed, she should be where the things she supports are more popular. She hates America, Israel, Freedom and obviously those who aren't of her faith. Can't think of a better place for her to practice her beliefs than Somalia. There, she could run for their presidency, or head wacko, whatever they have. Oh- forgot, muslim women are only half-persons, and can't do squat on their own. If she opened her mouth over there, somebody would close it with a rifle butt.
Yet, she criticizes America and appreciates nothing. Thinks we need her fixing...... World class jackass.

Not sure if AOC or Omar takes first place, but the other two run third and fourth in the same competition.

Go ahead.... tell us how nice, how intelligent the bozo squad is. That will tell us how you think.
