Worried Trump could 'go rogue,' Milley took top-secret action to protect nuclear weapons

Milley and the other Generals and officers working for Milley have absolutely no command authority.

During WW2 they would have. But after WW2 all authority to command was removed by a law passed at the end of the war.

 

I don't really blame Trump for "thinking outside the box" and looking at all possibilities but that doesn't mean he needs to spout off about everything either. Like it or not, his words have power and people listen to him. A few died from ingesting disinfectant. 400,000 died of COVID under his term. A couple hundred have been arrested and facing convictions for the Capitol riot, another few hundred were injured themselves along with 5 dead Capitol police officers (1 that day, 4 committed suicide after being at the riot), some people here clearly believe he was correct that rapists and murderers are coming to our southern borders and Biden is shipping in terrorists from Afghanistan.

The reality is the people that hate others because of their nationality, race, color, religion and creed look up to Trump because he defines what they want "their" America to look like. The don't care about anything other than making sure nobody outside their chosen few (who look and love like they do) should have any rights in this country.

No matter how you slice it, Trump is completely wrong for what he did to Pence and Giuliani. He couldn't have asked for more loyal people and he fed them both to the wolves. How his supporters justify that is beyond my understanding. If that's how he treats 1,000% loyalty, imagine how he treats people that give him less than that. That's not a president. That's a narcissistic bully who is probably a sadist as he craves constant chaos and destruction.

What they have trouble understanding (or simply refuse to understand) is that had the President initiated an armed attack on ANY foreign country, HE would have been acting unconstitutionally and illegally. Milley was just telling people, "that's not going to happen."

 

Are you now admitting that Trump supporters engaged in violence at the Capitol on January 6th?

I believe the press greatly exaggerated the claims of violence.

If you are sleeping and I hit your car. Is that violence? Seriously, if I take a bat and bust your windows out, do you call that violence?
When people get hurt, as did Ashli Babbitt, that is violence. So of course there was violence that day at the Capitol.

 

As I recall, only North Korea was threatened by Trump. Say They are back up to their old tricks launching rockets at the Sea of Japan and making claims to launch more missiles.

 

There is no way Trump would ever have done that. No way jose.

We heard of one woman who fed her husband a product not approved by Trump. She should have called her own doctor.

Not a lot of people took advantage of. It is likely she wanted to kill her husband.
Trump went balls out defending America. I thank him for defending America.
Pence could have set things up for the states to resolve the problems. And it would have happened fast. Now Americans are going back over the election to figure out how things went wrong.

This really really really isn't about Trump. I know you think it is, because everything is about Trump in your world, but in real life, this is about Milley. The idea that Trump was talking about launching an attack on China is simply absurd. This is about Milley's delusions which lead him to betray his country.

That's the quote of someone who's chosen to side with the enemy.

It was more than policy...it was law. So, it was Trump's policy by default. And, yes, Trump nominated Milley for his job and he was confirmed by the Senate.

 

Some people died from ingesting bleach because the liberal media lied and say trump told them to ingest bleach. Trump never told anyone to ingest bleach and it intellectually dishonest (or a deliberate lie) to suggest that he did. The moral of the story. Believing the fake news is real can be dangerous to one's health.

What is it that bothers you about this...he's saying there won't be a surprise attack against you. That's already in U.S. law. He's reassuring the Chinese that the U.S. government is still functioning within the rules. You think that's bad?
