But what about the literally hundreds of upper middle class, even wealthy, highly educated black business owners that I interact with on a daily basis who have adopted "white" culture as their own and are fully accepted members of that culture, both in business and socially?

I fail to see how the color of their skin diminishes their accomplishments one bit. I just see another successful American business owner. Not a black person.

The problem is one of poverty based counter culture, not race. The counter culture is simply centered around racial identity in America because of our past. It's simply a convenient excuse for the ignorant poor to use to shift blame onto others for their own social stupidity. Any race can do that, including those dumbass white anarchists in the UK.

Racial discrimination isnt inherited, it is always taught, despite being basic common sense this has been proven in numerous scientific studies. Children learn almost everything from their parents. When your kids grow up and end up living a (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up life you can blame no one or nothing but yourself. Also I doubt your kids are very smart, racists generally have an IQ way below average, environment plays a large part in IQ and it appears a racist environment dumbs down the IQ by about 20 points.

 

But haven't you noticed that they have to adopt White culture in order to succeed?

White culture = Intelligence, class and success.

Black culture = Ignorance, idiocy and violence.

 

But culture is not a function of race. Put a white kid in a poor black neighborhood his whole life and he'll adopt the dominant pop culture around him. Put a black kid in a middle class/upper class neighborhood and he'll adopt that dominant culture.

the culture is not "black" culture, it's the culture of the poor, which poor black people have adapted with racial identity. It's about poverty, not race.

With all due respect (*)(*)(*)(*) those "scientific studies" that only exist as propaganda and brainwashing tools. I know plenty of racist people who have anti-racist parents. Racism is only learned through personal experiences of other races. The average IQ of a racist is no different to the average IQ of a fence-sitter and I'd be willing to bet that the average IQ of anti-racist wackos like YOU would be in the double digits.

One thing that's a fact though is blacks' average IQ is WAY below other races.

But so did I. I and 3 other white guys spent our entire teenage years fighting for every scrap of dignity we could muster in the face of overwhelming hate, and I felt much like you did for many years after. Until I got out into the world and met truly successful black people and even fell in love with one.

After that I realized the foolishness of generalizing an entire race of people based on the poor examples concentrated in urban centers around the nation.

Poverty alone. No.

Poverty paired with a political leadership that constantly engages in rhetoric that tells them they are victims of a vast conspiracy to keep them down?

The same thing is going on in Europe. Poor white kids begin told by politicians that they are the victim of a massive capitalist conspiracy by "the rich". In America it's "the white man".

 

Of course you are going to disavow scientific evidence, it shows that racism dumbs people down. There is direct evidence of it here in this thread. Although I will grant that its difficult to tell if racists have lower IQs because of their racist tendencies or is it just that those with lower IQs are more likely to become racists.

Nah, I think the world will progress when certain opinions die out. If it takes a bit of criminal activity to do that, then I'm not bothered. People learn their lessons when they get abused for their stupidity. That is, if they're smarter than the average dog. Sometimes a good beating teaches people like you their place.

Criminals target each other? Yeah. Then we have more dead criminals, which is another thing that doesn't bother me. But when the dregs of society (ie racists) are murdered (and in brutal ways!) I can't help but grin. It's a beautiful thing.

 

I grew up in east Oakland (between Edwards and Seminary). My parents never denigrated or separated anyone by race. We had mostly black neighbors, all good, hard working people but there were also problem characters not far away (mostly black, some white, some other races). I dated white girls, black girls, asian girls, and latin girls. My parents never complained about any of them. My wife is Filipino.

Yeah, I understand what black people are really like. They are like all other human beings. I see the cultural issues, and I think that there are some deep flaws in the culture that has been developing here but that does not make them subhuman or inferior. That culture also seems to lead to more random violence, but to suggest that black people are more prone to violence is ridiculous. The rest of us just express our violent tendencies in other ways, such as making war on other nations and putting people into cages for vices.

if black people, on average, have more economic instability/greater levels of poverty, this will feed higher crime rates.

and there is that whole thing about cycles of poverty.

I guess though that given the right opportunities, most people can move out of poverty.

it would be more difficult to move out of the emotional and intellectual poverty of racism.

It depends on who you are and where you live I suppose. If it were in good ole Dixieland the possibility of lynching would exist. North of the Mason/Dixon line where people tend to be more educated, sophisticated, and wealthy we accept it as a norm.

Liberal people are far more tolerant of inter-racial affairs and marriages unlike Conservative people who tend to be backward, socially retarded, racial conscious, Bible thumping, zealots. You know the stoneaged type "east-is-east, and west-is-west and never the twain shall meet"
