I don't accept conversion therapy because the emphasis again is on the physical rather than the spiritual nature of man. Religious people have caused gay people to be murdered, castrated, arrested, and generally disenfranchised for generations.
Gay people are pushing for equality, religious people are pushing to impose their made up beliefs onto others.

 

Both. I think that is a business or organization wants to discriminate that's their right. So long as they are privately owned and operated.
That said, i would not discriminate against any paying customer who wasn't asking me to violate my religion.

There are state laws however and the constitution is perfectly clear that the powers not specifically designated to the federal government is left up to the states.
