How exactly does this prove who started the fight and whether or not Zimmerman shot Martin in self-defense?

 

Ummm...movies are "made up" are they not? So you cited something that was MADE UP...by someone else. Still NOT REAL, or a legitimate basis for comparison. Please....

 

He was clearly implying on the stand he didn't know Trayvon was as young as he was and tried to to justify that by saying he thought Trayvon was a "little bit younger" than him. But we have him on tape saying Trayvon was in his late teens. You trying to ignore the obvious contradiction does not change the contradiction.

 

It was a educated guess at the time. No one asked for a specific age and he didnt provide one. You are grasping for straws.... I cant fathom how this case means this much to you.. How many thousands of posts are you up to now?

 

Like when you made up the claim voice prints do not exist. Tell us, if they don't exist why does Florida have a law protecting voice prints under identity theft????? lol...

 

I know it was an educated guess. But the educated guess he gave on the stand was a direct contradiction to the one he said on the recorded call.

Would you say he got a better look at Martin during the fight? Do you think up close Martin looked older considering his height? There is no way in (*)(*)(*)(*)ing hell the prosecution is going to prove he "lied" about Martins age.

Maybe because T hated school, maybe he was 17, and in the 9th grade still? I mean how could Zimmerman have not looked at this mammoth child and not known that?

 

What’s funny is face to face he estimated it as late teens and on the stand he estimated a couple years younger than his 28 years. Hummmmm

He was estimating Martin's age on the phone, as everyone knows.

It is completely irrelevant, either way, now that the prosecution has ADMITTED that they cannot refute Zimmerman's claim that he was attacked while walking back to his truck, and the Martin threw the first punch.

Beside THOSE MJAOR POINTS, Zimmerman's estimation of the 6'3', 170 lb. Martin's age is moot.

But, by all means, please continue to enjoy your unending Made Up Nonsense and Mind Reading Festival; we are certainly enjoying the show... I assure you.

 

The ONLY currency Z has to successfully convince a jury it was self defense is his own credibility. Do you realize many trials come down to who the jury believes is honest and who is not???? This one item by itself is trivial but it speaks to his pattern of changing his story to try and defend shooting Trayvon. He gave five statements to SPD and they are not consistent with each other or the evidence.

Aside from witnesses and evidence, the prosecution is going to prove it was murder by exposing Z's dishonesty. Once the jury realizes Z cannot be trusted they will convict beyond a reasonable doubt.

 

Wrong, from a distance he estimated as late teens on the 911 call, you have no idea what he thought when he was face to face with him.

 

Please cite when he was face-to-face with Martin except during the attack he was subjected to.

He was "face to face" with Martin when he made the call? Really? Arent you guys tired of making (*)(*)(*)(*) up?

The prosecution does not have a video or eyewitness to who made the first physical move but it doesn't matter. You guys keep making the mistake of believing that if Trayvon hit him first then Z is exonerated and that couldn't be more wrong.

What was Z's purpose saying on the stand he didn't know Trayvon's age and that he thought he was a little bit younger? (here is a hint: Trayvon being 17 opens Z up to longer sentencing guidelines)

Doctored 911 calls, lies about what was said until people got to hear it for themselves and expose the lie, doctored video, lies about police records, lies about the size and weight of both, phony, firve year old photos used to depict The Angel Trayvon, who turned out to bet "The No Limit (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)", instead, etc., ad nauseum.

It comes down to the EVIDENCE,and the state has NONE to refute Zimmerman's claim that he was attacked while walking back to his truck, and that Martin threw the first punch.

Feel free to keep making up whatever you need to believe, however; it's fun to watch, day after day....

 

Aside from Z's claims, you have nothing to support those allegations. But I forgot you guys don't need evidence to defend Z. You just accept his word as Gospel.

 

"Late teens" is "a little bit younger" than 28....you've been trying to place a definitive, legally relevant meaning to both terms....neither of which carry one.

 

Both are right but what we are using as face to face is this, "in or into direct contact or confrontation" as opposed to being a distance away, which could also be called face to face.
