Z's First Court Appearance: He Lied Under Oath

Well now let's see. On the recorded call Z said Trayvon was in his late teens. Trayvon was 17. It shows Z was correct about his age then two months later Z says he didn't know Trayvon's age and thought he was a little bit younger than him, 28. What do you think is a reasonable age range for someone a "little bit younger" than 28?

Do you honestly think anyone is going to buy the crap he didn't state a proven contradiction?????

 

Prosecutor SkyStryker asked me, the "judge", to make his case that "a little bit younger" carries a definitive meaning.

 

"late teens" =/= "definitive age"

You are the one claiming it has no legally defining age and I agree with that. However, you still ignore the fact Z said he didn't know his age when he said he was in his late teens. Now impress us all with another level of intellectual dishonesty and say Z didn't know he was 17.

For some, the idea that Zimmerman said one thing and later may have thought differently when he met Martin face to face escapes them. I have personal experience with this and I can tell you a 17 year old tall black teenager can look to be in his mid 20's up close.

The FACT is the kid was well over 6 feet, what he looked like in the dark, means nothing.

So you think the defense made up his broken nose and the medical report they are sending to the State? The doubling back came from Zimmerman and the State admitted to no evidence otherwise. You should maybe catch up on what is going on instead of making things up all the time.

Late teens could mean anywhere from 16-19...... Late teens does not mean 17.

He was 6'3, just because you are absolutely smitten with his 5 years ago baby face, does not mean everyone else will. Age means nothing when you are built that way, he was so much bigger than Z, so even if he had been 12 at the time of death with the same stature it would have been justified, get over it already, the argument is pathetic.

 

What is the evidence of a broken nose? Two months after the murder you still don't have a single shred of evidence Trayvon broke his nose but you guys repeatedly claim that is what happened.

You mean it has not been made public like so much of it has already does not mean that it does not exist. The fact that the defense is sending that to the State means that it exists. Why do you ignore the fact that the police report states that he was bleeding from the nose? You keep ignoring what has been reported and keep making things up. LOL

Well pal, I repeat, Show me something I made up, I merely stated what I would have done in a certain circustance. Or described the scene in a movie. Neither one is something I made up. Maybe we disagre over the meaning of " make up " The scene in the movie is REAL. Watch the movie and you will see it. To say I made it up is beyond me.
