The excuses for the upcoming democratic snoozefest are already pouring in.

'I think people are going to turn it on for a couple of minutes and then fall asleep,' The Donald said Monday morning on 'Fox and Friends.'

'I don't want to say this in a braggadocious way, but a person at CNN and a couple of other people said, "We have to put Donald Trump in this debate. We're going to die with it",' Trump claimed.

Ah, that old trick. Release a story downplaying the numbers & then BOOOOM! The follow-up story comes out reading "Viewership better than expected". Hell, CBO's used that one so much I'm surprised it still works, but it must, they still use it.

But let's face it, how many Hillary supporters care about her stance on issues, 12 maybe? Sander's followers might register 1000 or more, but Hillary supporters, no way. Is all they know or care to know is she's Hillary Clinton, a woman & liberal celebrity via Bill Clinton. I mean, they elected a community organizer who claimed he traveled to all 57 states, what's that tell ya?

What do you think? Trump or Hillary? Which one will win?

But this Democratic Debate should boost Hillary's numbers in the polls. I'm anxious to see what Hillary will say about Donald Trump.

Trump will win the primary, Hillary won't.

But if they both did, it's not looking good for Hillary.

I'm guessing that her slide in the polls will stay the same or increase in speed. This debate will not be about Trump, it will be about Hillary's emails, server, flip-flopping, Sidney Blumenthal and her establishment credentials.

Do you think whether there was a third candidate? Someone other than Trump and Hilary?

No, I don't think that'll happen. Unless Bernie goes 3rd party or Bloomberg.

Instead of pitting the candidates against one another or attack the leading candidate as we've seen
in the last 2 republican debates, expect a media lovefest for the anointed one and her merry band
of phony opposition candidates. I hope Anderson doesn't drool on his expensive suit.

Anderson Cooper had said that he is going to stay on the issues and not ask the candidates to talk about each other. So basically, in an effort to suck all the interest out of the affair, he is going to be asking five people with identical views on nearly everything about how they vehemently they agree with each other. There will be one candidate trying to make a name for themself by promising to spend more of other people
s money faster than the other candidates will. This may be the dullest and worst debate in the history of the galaxy. The only interest anyone could have is to see if the five candidates combined will promise to spend more money than there is in the entire world.

Watching you guys gloat over the fact that people may not be interested in Democratic debate, because it may not be the same sort of game show/food fight that the GOP debates have been makes me wonder how seriously you take the whole process of electing a President.

    I guess it's too bad that the Democratic party has real candidate, instead of a bent real estate developer with big hair and an even bigger ego, and a bible thumping retired doctor;

The ratings will pretty much dictate how the people vote. This is how I figured Obama would win back in 2008. Now that there is no 'great white hype' anymore the ratings will tank and voting interest will be lost.

After all, there is no 'diversity' amongst these democratic candidates...

Meanwhile the GOP are 'racists' yet there is more diversity...

    Questions for Hillary.

When you ran against Barack Obama you:

    • Reinforced your support for the Iraq War
    • Were against gun control
    • Were against gay marriage
    • Were against illegal aliens receiving driver licenses

Why all the changes? Has the Democratic Party moved that much further to the left and you followed?????

Who wouldn't rather watch a clown car crash into a beer truck than a Chevy Impala perform flawlessly at a traffic light?

After a thumping political defeat in 2016, the Democrats will do what they last did in 2004: Huddle-up. It's not something they like to do, they never want to observe any problems with their own party. But if they want to keep an effective two-party system, they're going to have to.
