Of course not, the voters did but diversion noted. Geez you don't even know what they ruled on. You claimed the federal government audits and recounts state elections. Nope, the federal government does not run one single election in this country nor has jurisdiction over them other than for civil rights violations in casting votes.

So juvenile funny names is all you got left?

States do it everyday in the form of many different ID's. And do cite the law that creates a federally mandated conformity for all the state issued ID's. Not just the title the Chapter and Section and quote it here.

Who is discussing a national ID?

Which poster and which post is asking for such a horrible thing?

What a bigoted statement. And counties have satellite courthouses and DMV offices and all sorts of county services throughout the counties. You should be ashamed for supporting responsible citizens having their votes disfranchised by fraudulent votes. You seem to have missed the thread about the last election in Mississippi and not one complaint about voter ID or lack of it. Seems these aged black folk are more capable and responsible and not so helpless than you care to give them credit for. You should be ashamed for insulting them so.

Sorry, Phoebe, but your ignorance doesn't win anything. There is no national ID being proposed so the only hypocrisy is on the part of the racist liberals.

Sorry, Phoebe, but the shame is yours. Racism is ugly, even if it is traditional for Democrats.

Jeesh, I'm having trouble thinking of when the federal government would claim jurisdiction for any reason OTHER THAN civil rights violations in casting votes. That IS the topic of conversation, is it not? Not only that, the federal government would jump into local elections if there were reports of civil rights violations. Fire away, try disenfranchising as many blacks as you can. The fed will walk away with your boxes.

You were the one who brought up audits and recounts and that the Federal court decided FL and now that they require ID's conform to some uncited federal law. The fact remains they don't run elections, there is not one federal election, they are all state elections including for the Presidential elections, there are 50 separate state elections and a state doesn't even have to have one and the federal government couldn't make them. Even after those elections all the states do is send the names of who won the elector positions to Congress. They don't vote until later.

What a crock. There are Republican district attorneys all over the place. How many people have they put away for casting fraudulent votes? If you don't know the answer, the correct one is 'next to nothing'. Nah, this is all about slicing whole groups of people off the voting rolls. And, if anything, the number of aged and helpless citizens who physically cannot vote is horribly underestimated. What to bet?

    What an intelligent rebuttal.

And there are Democrat and yes incidents have been listed here over and over in spite of the near impossibility of catching them.

And are aged aren't helpless morons, prove to me that these huge numbers of people have been denied their for lack of ID. Not one, not even a complaint the last election in Mississippi, the state with perhaps the largest demographic of these people your are claiming are so helpless. Stop being so bigoted against them.
