Central High School promposal goes viral, some classmates call it racist

Legally, they can’t be banned from it. This was not a threat. Sorry, but what was said does not qualify as a threat. It was not a good idea to do what he did, but he has the right and cannot be punished by the school as ruled by the SCOTUS.

The invite reportedly included the words: "If you went to prom with me, it would take my breath away," per the report. It's not clear if the post was for their daughter or another student. NBC Los Angeles reported that the parents contacted school officials and the Capistrano Unified School District.

According to KTLA, Aliso Niguel High School Principal Michael Hatcher slammed the invite in an email, calling it "extremely disappointing."

You know what else is "extremely disappointing"? A principal responding with that shitty lukewarm response...

I can never find out if these punks are denied entry to their proms... the stories never follow through...
