the main point of the OP is that loose gun laws makes a society safer. well, why then is NYC one of the safest cities in the USA even with very strong gun laws?
Comprehend From your link Buffalo is in New York Yes? Oh and since you like Wiki here ya go http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_laws_in_New_York Seems you are wrong on all counts
Also from your link You did a quick google search and you didn't even read what it said. Now onto your other remark...Buffalo true enough is not NYC...care to guess what their gun control laws are like? Anyway please try to find a link that actually supports what you are saying and not one that says HEY don't trust these rankings....it makes you look foolish
Please quit the misdirection and show us a link that actually supports what you are espousing. Thanks
Did not say they were evil but they ARE biased and they ARE an advertising a arm of the armaments industry
that's not what you claimed. You stated that a license was necessary to own a shotgun. An applicant must go through the same process as applying for a handgun permit. THEN, if justified, one may purchase said item. It also sets up a data base for confiscation, a job I know you'll sure to enjoy. Tell me cop, why do you have more rights than I?
FAIL!!!! the application process to possess a handgun is much more thorough and extensive than to simply get a rifle/shotgun permit. yes, a license is neccessary to own a rifle/shotgun. i never stated differently. but its not near impossible to possess a firearm in NYC, and such a claim is ignorantly stupid.
I was kinda hoping for a yea or nay...that NYC citizens could own a handgun without licensing or a CCW. Thanks in advance
oh, so they can shut the hell up just so satisfy you? WTF makes YOU so special that no one can have a dissenting opinion? Admit it, you would just as soon stifle your opponents because only you have the right to voice your opinions about another country? Bahhhhhhhhhhh stay the hell out of business and you won't lose any sleep
here, he's lying: Possession Handguns http://www.nyfirearms.com/blog/nys-gun-laws/ or http://gun.laws.com/state-gun-laws/new-york-gun-laws LEO doesn't have to go through this bs just because they have a badge, they don't go through this process like reg folks. They are beyond the law
