    False. Only fertile men and women have the potential of procreation. That too is a classification of people. The classification at issue is "ability to procreate." Plenty of straight couples do not fall into that category, yet they are allowed to marry while gay people are not. That is a double standard and a violation of the 14th amendment. Simple as that.

    My main issue with the "gay marriage" debate is the same problem I have with the Gun Control issue: Political asshats who want to chip away at the Constitution of the United States of America for their personal political agenda. When we weaken the Constitution for one thing, we weaken it for everything. Why don't people get this?
