What is there else to say? He doesn't provide any facts. It's just his opinion. And like most of his opinions, a very one sided, over exaggerated, partisan opinion. It's like quoting a Fox News poll if Obama is a good President or not, lol. Come on, you're better than this. You're getting in to conspiracy theory territory again.

I'm just an old "Cold Warrior" who has held two top-secret security clearances. I know exactly what is required to get them, and to keep them. I know what you must observe in the way of protocol and personal conduct every moment of your life as the holder of a "ticket". I tell you in truth, Akphidelt, she not only broke the law, she "stomped a mudhole in it", as they say down South.

That notwithstanding, she'll never see the inside of a courtroom because of this. The Obama "Justice" Department will come out eventually with some mewling admission of some inadvertent misconduct of some kind, but will protest that there was no INTENT to break the law, and that therefore everything should be swept out the back door and be forgotten. It will be, even though I don't ever remember anyone telling any of us "ticket holders" that, well, it's OK if you break the laws governing national security and classified information as long as you didn't INTEND to.... :roflol:

If anyone but a big-wig political mucky-muck tried to pull crap like that, he'd get his "ticket" canceled, he'd lose his job (if working for a prime contractor), he'd be court-martialed (if a member of the military), and he'd very possibly face criminal charges that could result in prison and/or heavy fines.

BTW, her security clearance(s) were positively stratospheric compared to my lowly TS clearances. But the laws are just as clear for those in both high and low positions....

We know she ran that server for the first three months without even basic encryption so do tell me what we know now that proves her willful and purposeful acts did not pose a threat to our national security and explain why all the security agancies were telling her it did.

This used to be a nation of laws. It is devolving into something else.

Hillary did put our national security at risk, and if no country took advantage of her sloppy behavior were were lucky.

ROFL hardly you're the one trying to conflate the SS providing Clinton with her physical security and the cybersecurity of her shadow server.

Again conflating two entirely seperate issues. The SS being there DID NOT make it an SCIF which is required by law for a location transmitting and storing classified information.

I can no longer respond and correct you if you're so dishonest that you'll continue lying. I know conservatives don't care about that, but some of us care about honesty.
