And now the pro-Hillary camp is trying to divert any possible allegation of wrongdoing by her by saying, "Yeah, but there was no INTENT to do anything wrong...." Which would be their way of trying to get her "teat out of the wringer" claiming that she was so damn stupid, reckless, and irresponsible that she didn't know what the hell she was doing -- so, it was OK....

While it could be argued that she never intended to send classified information, she has no control over the receipt of it. The obvious question is why she would do this... the obvious answer is to control what records of her communications are kept. She knew she would have records, probably related to foreign nationals and the Clinton foundation. The ability to obfuscate other errors that might come up in her "service" is bonus.

She said no classified information was sent or received from her private server, we know now that wasn't true. She said she didn't use her private server till March 2009, we know now that wasn't true. How much more evidence will it take before Loretta appoints a special prosecutor to get the whole truth about it all?

First off she still maintains the information wasn't classified and shouldn't be classified. So that's not really a lie unless they can prove she knew at the time. And the whole pre-March 2009 stuff is conservative conspiracy talk. You have no clue what she was using then.

Sure, the FBI "may" leak email probe in the same way that we have seen multiple postings here over the years that Congress "may" impeach Obama. Basically a politician wants to make political hay and lets the press know that he is considering starting impeachement procedings...which of course never happens, but Hey! the guy made the papers (and more importantly a 20 page thread starts up at PF with the headline "congress to start impeachment procedures!" )
Here Chuck Grassley is strictly after political points, and trying to damage Hillary as is clear by the rest of his quote

Basically trying to paint a picture of an Obama-Clinton cabal. So no. The FBI will not leak anything, Grassley however is trying to score points, and some here at the AP are falling for this age old ploy.

I'm sure she knows what should really be classified and confidential, but of course they don't know every little detail that will be classified. Even Colin Powell said they over classify things. But clueless is a strong word. Obviously since only 100 emails out of 50,000+ had a "classified" statement in it, she knew what she was doing.

So not only did no one who wasn't authorized see it, but it was low enough on the classification level that Hillary herself didn't even think it was classified.
