And why should she have done that, and BTW she did not have a government email address, she refused one including a secure one after her aide asked that if she use them would her emails be automatically archived and when told yes her reply was "oh we can't have that".

She what exactly do you think was wrong in her doing so? She says she didn't nothing wrong you know.

So you are admitting she didn't make sure of that?

    Irrelevant.

We know how classifed, SAP, TOP Secret, Signals Intelligence, Satellite photos, her notes for her classified meetings.

What more would it take to disqualify her to be the next President and to ever again handle highly classified information?

People had their mind made up about Obama (I won't go into the pathetic reasons why), but he had avid support

Trump's supporters have their mind's made up, loyal and avid support if there ever was

Cankles Clinton could lose votes just for wearing the wrong pantsuit.

Also, remind me how the FBI was pursuing Benghazi with Obama?

The FBI has the right to do whatever it wants with the information it collected. If they feel justice is being blocked, a leak was always a possibility. The idea that it's political is nonsense. The only thing political about it is that Hillary Clinton did not step down while under investigation for these various crimes and misdemeanors.

If you learned English, maybe I could understand what you were saying. When you say insecure location, that does not come off as an insecure server as location is irrelevant to the security of a network.

That assumes Trump can even figure out what the FBI is. He probably thinks it is the Food and Beverage Industry.

Lol not according to legal scholars and lawyers that have reviewed her case.

    .
    Who's we?

Lol I don't know but she hasn't been charged with anything and she won't be. It's only those Hillary bashers who still believe that classified criteria is never subject to review or refutation. The criteria for classification is not cut and dried but the bashers demand otherwise.

Lol except that's entirely wrong. .:

At the same time, the officials said, some of the classifications being sought for the emails fall into a gray area between public knowledge and secrecy. In such instances, the original source of the information — and thus the level of its classification — can be
disputed, and has been, vigorously at times, they said. Other emails have been the subject of rigorous debate over what constitutes a secret and what the nation’s diplomats can say about intelligence matters as they grapple with international crises.

Please show me an official FBI source with a link that tells us the immunity was specifically for a criminal investigation. How desperate you are!!!!!!
Your statement means nothing since since no official spokesperson from the FBI has told us what kind of investigation this is.

Secretary Clinton would have had to know that she was dealing with classified information, and either that she was disclosing it to people who could not be trusted to protect the interests of the United States or that she was handling it in a way (e.g. by not keeping it adequately secure) that was at least arguably prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States.

She's far from fine, but don't think I'm not hoping Trump gets a chance to take her apart.

So we'll both cross our fingers that she makes it to the summer, at least.

She'll be fine and destroy Trump. Your wishful thinking isn't realistic. Like most Republicans.

It will be very relevant to the investigation

You don't have a clue what classified information she sent. Her stance is it shouldn't be classified, it wasn't classified when she sent/received it, and it's a case of over classification. It would have to be something serious that was obviously classified information that a reasonable person in her position would know for her to face any ramifications for this. Again, I'm speaking about the real world, not some conservative .com fantasy world.

Please, there is so much information that is fed through them day in day out, they don't know every little thing that is going to be marked classified. Keep stretching.

Who cares if he plead the 5th. They always plead the 5th for their own security. Does not mean guilt at all. And you do not know "FOR A FACT" that the first three months there wasn't any security. No one from the FBI has said what security protections she had. That information came from a .com site of hackers that checked her site against the public trusted SSL certificates where they found she did not have one of those certificates for three months. It does not mean she didn't have her own encryption methods. You guys really gotta stop believing everything you read on the Internet. If you can't find an official document or statement from someone involved in the case, then don't believe it. It will make you much smarter like me.

    Demonstrably BS.

FOIAs had been finalized without the documents she withheld.

This one is quite clear, her server was an unsecure unauthorized location.

Classified material recovered from other sources that were destroyed or sitting on services like Google and AOL's servers, can anyone see how that relates to 18 U.S. Code § 793? Her gross neglegence seems to have caused a potental leak of "classified material" by passing through services like Google and AOL.

Well, it would appear that Trump has proved that to be the case.
